Stay 2 days here. Triple room but only provide 2 towels only, need to request. In room phone and electrical plug problem, request for room change but neglected by front desk. Dust bin inside room is not provided. Lift also broken, use stairs and take your bags by yourself. Breakfast is ala carte. No meat.
5.7
We felt not comfortable and the cleanliness was too bad.
4.5
Breakfast has no choice, very salty and spicy, no water heater, elevator broken doesn't fixed.
6.3
There was obvious mold in the washroom. Every time we moved up and down, we need to call the receptionist to operate the lift. The location is plus point for this hotel.
4.5
Elevator problem all the time. take almost half an hour to move up and down from this hotel.
8.5
Just a moderate hotel. locality is very good but the facility is quite old already. pricing wise, it should lower a bit base on its condition. it is not bad either.
6.1
Air cont room not cool. night time change room, lift not maintain well.
8.2

4.8
Experience is bad, I stay 2 nights there. I guess only me and a few guest stay there and there is no water.
8.5
Need to tidy up maintenance of the room (power trip, hot water faulty

Save your money- do not stay at this hotel!!!!
Despite the fact that the staff were friendly and the room was a decent size it is not at all like the pictures in the booking site deliberately misleading potential guests. The rooms are incredibly shabby with tape on the cupboards and wardrobe, with noisy renovations. There was a pair of old shoes in the room when we arrived, no idea whose they were, so it had not been properly cleared. The bathroom is similar to what I imagine a prison bathroom to look like, it was at least 20 years old with paint that had peeled off the sink and there was rust on the metal door, something not allowed in the UK as it is a serious Health and Safety risk due to the potential for Tetanus. There is a large mosque across the road from the hotel which blasts out not just the standard call to prayer that you'd expect in an Islamic country, but long sermons lasting about an hour several times a day making it difficult to sleep, on holiday you don't necessarily appreciate the very loud 6 am wake up call and sermon. The wi-fi was awful and did not work most of the time. On top of all this the lift broke meaning a member of staff had to come let us down and up to our room and there was a 'mistake' in the booking system and a member of staff wanted to chuck us out even though I had paid for another night. The breakfast was bland and unsatisfying and made me feel ill afterwards, my boyfriend commented he had the worst sausage he'd ever had. The hotel felt almost completely empty, some of the floors were out of order. It's a shame as there's great potential there but management seem to be incapable of running a decent hotel or wanting to put in decent investment in trying to give guests a good experience. Spare yourself the trauma of this hotel and go somewhere else.

Friendly staff and welcoming environment
The most welcoming things for this hotel is their front office staff Mona,Zai and wani as well. They really know about the grooming standard. The hotel still need to focus on the room as well, they need to concern about the maintenance issues.

The room was rather rundown
Shower head falling off, no toothpaste or toothbrush provided. Room smells. There isn't any replenish of toilet roll (left over by pervious guest). However, the waiter who served us breakfast is nice.

If had a choice would'nt have stayed here not worth the rate offered.
First and foremost it was a rundown hotel managed by unprofessional maybe all the staff including owner or higher level management need to attend basic hotel management course. The housekeeping staff is unfriendly(do not know how to greet guests).Food was very basic for breakfast and the chef who manage the egg corner were rude and do not understand simple English. Bathroom were rusty and not lit brightly.Swimming pool were another shocking experience,it can only cater for about 5 peeps no more. The size were so small for hotel of more than 100 rooms.Parking is limited and very narrow .The only thing good about this hotel is located near Kuah town.I strongly recommend not to booked this hotel if you have a choice, a total rundown and outdated hotel i would say.(not worth the rate paid)
