There is no lift provided from car park level to the lobby. Food is not tasty.

The hotel was comfortable with tasty breakfast. The view from the 16th floor was pretty. The room lighting control is very convenient. The room service was very polite and it felt nice to obtain daily newspaper. It is a shame that the WiFi provided felt very slow. Hopefully it can be upgraded for all the future customers. Worth the money I spent.

Pro: Great view! Good service and staff. Nice breakfast. A mall with bowling just next door to the hotel. Cons: hard to find malay food stall on day. On night got a few food stall but have walk a couple blocks from hotel.

very old hotel, there is noisy sound like renovations under progress. the bath room not clean. the safe box can't be use the food too salty.

Blik nyaman. Service tiptop. Staff is semue friendly. Affordable. Just go for breakfast menu and order menu from the guest room, others are ok.

The cleanliness stage at the breakfast place is less than satisfactory. dirty and full of dust. less savory food.
