Good location. Can be a bit congested, though.
This hotel is located right beside the extremely popular Kea Farm, so one will need to brave the traffic on the narrow road, especially with visitors parking haphazardly along the roadside. Fortunately, the hotel has their own parking lot at the entrance, and also at the back of the premise.
The hotel reception, as well as their banquet hall, is at the lower ground, while the rooms (accessible via RFID card at one of the 4 entrances) are at the upper floors.
Room-wise, the 2-single-bed room which I was staying in was equipped with a TV, electric kettle and 2 bottles of drinking water. The water pressure from the hot water shower was good, which makes for a nice shower. The bed was also comfy, as well as the comforter which keeps one warm during the cool night.
The view from the rooms at the back of the hotel was quite serene too, as one can see the hills filled with vegetation. There is also very little noise from the traffic on the main road. However, the sound from other guests outside the rooms can be heard quite clearly, as there is no sound-proofing.
The restaurant which is linked to the hotel serves decent steamboat, as well as other cuisines. Nearby, one can also feast on food being sold at the stalls, or take a short walk towards Copthorne Hotel, which has some eateries nearby. A new shopping mall, Cameron Square, is also a few minutes' walk away.
Overall, this hotel has a good location, and is only about 3km away from Brinchang. However, one should consider the traffic when coming here, especially during the weekends and public holidays.
