Best hotel ever! Will be back!
Great experience, fantastic breakfast
Great swimming pool and breakfast.
fantastic stay. the breakfast is superb.
Room is big, bed and pillows very comfy, breakfast has extensive spread and delicious, swimming pool is great and if you travel with train the location just perfect.
I order nasi goreng, and it needs more than 1 hour to deliver my simple order. customer serv. officer already apologize, and I do not blame it on her, because the person who received my order was different with the person who received my complained. But it means the system that control the service doesn't work.
Good room and location, the staffs are so nice and helpful.
Nice location, very close to KL Sentral where we can go anywhere by train and monorail. Recommended for any type of travelers.

Nice hotel, excellent central location but rooms slightly smaller than expected
In November 2017 I spent four nights in Le Meridien KL Sentral as I was attending a conference. In short, this is a good hotel and offers great value for money. This hotel is located right next to KL Sentral, so perfect when you are arriving by KLIA Ekspress train from the airport. Just follow the signs to Meridien or Hilton (the two hotels are basically next to each other and share the first 8 floors). You will reach the hotel within 5 minutes on foot from KL Sentral. This hotel seems to be renovated not that long ago, as public areas, room and bathroom have a modern appearance. Check-in was pleasant experience as all went smooth and was handled in an efficient manner. The room, although nice and modern, was slightly smaller than I expected. A serious downside of the room was the air-conditioning, somehow I was not able to regulate the room temperature, despite changing the temperature on the controller unit, and the AC kept cooling the room down. Even though the temperature was set to 25 degrees Celsius, the room temperature dropped to 18 degrees. What I really liked about this hotel was the pool on level 8, which is huge and is shared with the Hilton (tower next door). The pool area is set in nicely decorated gardens, with several pool bars (both on the Meridien and the Hilton side). Another great feature of this hotel is the great hotel gym and spa area. Note that the gym is located in the Hilton, but well equipped with onsite instructor. The breakfast buffet was huge, with a large selection of European and Asian food and a lot of front cooking being done. There also is a great selection of different juices and healthy smoothies available. If you are looking for a centrally located hotel that offers good value for money, but no opulent luxury, this is the place you want to stay.

Good location, ambient atmosphere with great lounge.
The hotel located in just in front of KL central which is close to everything. The lounge on the top level provides great view of KL and services delicious food on happy hour which is like real dinner. Its a good experience to stay in KL LM hotel. Thank you guys.

Probably the best hotel I stayed for a looong time! Location is superb: 100m walk from the KLIA Express train station and the wider KL Sentral. All the facilities are were perfect. The pool is stunning. The breakfast outstanding, I’ve counted 6 different kitchens that prepare life Asian and European food. Prices were also really good for the room that was big and clean. Will come back!

A pleasant stay
The room assigned to me was clean and quiet, with many convenient outlets for charging phones and laptop. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The gym (shared with another hotel) is maintained very well with adequate equipment. Charlotte Lim, Zachary Ooi and Chisato has left a positive impression on me. This included the other staff, whom I did not take note of their names, in concierge, club lounge, security, front office, room attendants and F&B. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly.
