Breakfast was awesome, so many variation and the taste was good. All the staffs were so friendly and helpful. Surely Le meridien is my first choice when I visit Kuala Lumpur.

Best hotel ever! Will be back!
Great experience, fantastic breakfast
Great swimming pool and breakfast.
fantastic stay. the breakfast is superb.
Room is big, bed and pillows very comfy, breakfast has extensive spread and delicious, swimming pool is great and if you travel with train the location just perfect.
I order nasi goreng, and it needs more than 1 hour to deliver my simple order. customer serv. officer already apologize, and I do not blame it on her, because the person who received my order was different with the person who received my complained. But it means the system that control the service doesn't work.
Good room and location, the staffs are so nice and helpful.
Nice location, very close to KL Sentral where we can go anywhere by train and monorail. Recommended for any type of travelers.
Near KL Sentral. It's good overall.

Still 5* two years later.
I've written about this hotel previously and everything I wrote there, I am pleased to say still stands today. The Le Meridien went through a refurbishment in 2015 and I am pleased to say that two years later, the hotel still feels immaculate. We stayed in the same suite as last time and bar a slight bit of wear and tear, which is to be expected, the room was excellent and incredibly comfortable. Service was on point, from our arrival in the lobby with the helpful Jason coming over to relieve us of our luggage and make good conversation, through to the staff in the club lounge who looked after us from the check in process, through to great service at the breakfast and cocktail hours in the evening, for which the variety of food and quality of drinks is still very impressive. We also enjoyed the Spa which is great with a 25% discount for SPG Members and rivalled a much more expensive Langkawi Spa we enjoyed at the Four Seasons. Well worth exploring. Overall the stay was excellent and great value for money. We will return.

Still welcoming
I have stayed at this hotel many years ago and enjoyed my stay then. I am sometimes wary about re-visiting a hotel after all these years; afraid to be disappointed if the hotel has not been maintained well or the deco dated. Not the Le Meridien though. It has been well maintained all this time. Great location - directly across from KL Sentral where the KLIA express train stops. As you alight the train, you literally walk across to the hotel. You can also catch a taxi; or, if you are more adventurous, you catch the train, light rail train (LRT) to about anywhere you like. Despite the proximity to busy Sentral, stepping into the hotel is like stepping into another world. The hotel is very quiet and pleasant. You can relax by the pool after a busy day at work or after a tiring day of shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable modern rooms
Great hotel. Very friendly staff. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. The only negative comment is that the a/c only goes as low as 19C - I prefer it a bit cooler. Breakfast is good - although it's strange to have roast beef served - but there is a good selection of food available. The hotel is also located across the road from the KLIA airport express which means you can be at the airport in 30 minutes - much quicker than a taxi.

Good experience other than difficulty in Uber Pick up.
1. Location- Uber driver have difficulty locate the pick up lobby as it is on the 5th storey. A hassle to wait or guide the drivers. 2. Room- Was shocked that Deluxe room does not have a bathtub, was disappointed. Other than this, this hotel is amazing.

Excellent hotel in the center of KL
My family of 3 stayed twice in Le Meridien KL in the past month, for a total of 5 nights. We booked the Club room on both occasions. As other positive reviews have mentioned, this is a wonderful place to stay if you need to get around central KL. The location is superb with the transportation link across the road going almost everywhere. There is a covered and air-conditioned walkway from the hotel to the station. On top of that, the hotel itself is also a gem. From the room to the restaurants, to the pool, to the service, everything is impeccable; it is difficult to find fault, even after 2 stays. The club lounge makes your stay even more enjoyable as you can have hot or cold beverages and food all day, be it breakfasting the morning , a light snack of cakes and fruits in the afternoon, or dinner with alcohol in the evening. We had tried breakfast at both the club lounge and Latest Recipe. Undoubtedly, Latest Recipe has a bigger and impressive spread. It serves a wide range of cuisines so is unlikely not to fulfill anyone's appetite or dietary requirements, though you might have a hard time deciding what to eat. However, this is not to say that the breakfast at the club lounge is poor, but just as adequate and not as crowded. The food served during the evening cocktail (6-8.30pm) is most impressive. A different theme is featured every evening and you can literally have filling dinner with alcohol. On top of that, the dishes are delicious and of very good quality. Another thing that we appreciate is that children are allowed until 7pm daily, so we can enjoy it for an hour with our child. Room is very clean and towels are always replenished twice daily. Staff members are also well trained and knowledgeable, besides being very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will definitely return in the future.
