My favourite place since 2015. I was worried if the service went south after COVID-19 but I'm wrong. Everything was good.

Location is good, staff is also very friendly and helpful. However, facilities and cleanliness at the hotel is very lacking. Not recommended to stay unless management does something about it.

I wan 2 double bed, but ungrade to only one bed. My door lock broken. Everytime enter have to inform counter.

Family vacation
The wedding reception of my niece was held here and that made it just ideal for e and my family. Location wise, the hotel is just the right place where there is a mosque right in front of it, several restaurants behind it for outside eating, and not so distant from other major shopping malls.
