During our check-in, we were informed that due to server down, there will be no WiFi, no TV, room key card cannot be used (need to have the assistance of staff to open the hotel room). This is really inconvenient. And the customer service person without a smiling face even show her bad mood face. You should never show your emotion to customer. This kind of customer service should not be in front line. Further to the electricity issue, the breakfast also in low quality, some are not heat and some even overcooked. What a bad experience we had.
No electricity at lobby and restaurant area (dark and hot). Poor food quality on breakfast.
Comfortable and clean. But WiFi connection is not good.

Very clean hotel friendly staff comfort bed free shuttle to Kl sentral every hour and 2 times to klcc the room area is more than enough the has seating area and kitchen equipped with all what you need so you will feel at home

There are receptions desks with no one there. There are restaurants, a cigar lounge, and a bar, with no staff There is a lobby, yet with no people. Good for adults who don't scare easily. On the plus side, you'll have a good sleep as it's quiet. Maybe too quiet.

Simply horrific.
I stayed Dua Sentral Suites for 3 nights on 12,13 and 14 March 2017. Dua Sentral Suites was a former hotel known as Ramada Hotel. Ramada Hotel was a decent 3 star hotel in 2015 but terrible now it has been changed managements and been rebranded as Dua Sentral Suites. Dua Sentral Suites is nothing like what is shown in the photo. 1.Dark lobby, unmanned makeshift reception, unprofessional staff There is a makeshift reception by the entrance that you could miss if you arrived at night. There is no light or air-conditioning in the lobby. The reception staff is poorly trained and I believe she is not even a full time staff. I was really uneasy of handing her my RM200 cash deposit. 2. No WIFI connectivity in the room I was given room 2216 on level 22. There is no wifi connectivity and signal at all for all of my three nights stay at Dua Sentral Suites. It is most frustrating. When I told the reception that there is no wifi connectivity in my room, she responded that level 22 is too high for good connectivity and it is too bad. She also added that since my room is cheap, I have been assigned the higher floors. This level of customer service is really unacceptable. Even in the lobby, there is no wifi connectivity. 3.No telephone in the room There is no way to contact the reception from your room because there is no telephone in the room. 4.Reception was closed until 8.45am on the date that I checked out on 15 March 2017. I waited for the reception to open from 8am to 8.45am to check out and I was almost late for the my flight at 10.55am. When the receptionist finally turned up, he did not apologize and instead blamed me for not asking them at the start of my stay about early check out. 5.Poor location The location is very near to KL Sentral but almost none of taxi drivers knew how to get to this former Ramada Hotel-turned-Dua Sentral Suites because it is poorly signposted and it is very easy to miss the entrance which is off a busy road even in the daylight. I spent RM30 on a single trip taxi ride from KL Sentral to Dua Sentral Suites because the taxi went round and round getting lost. 6.No food services There is no room service, cafes or restaurants on site. In fact, the location does not allow you to ‘walk out’ for a meal. You will need to take a taxi to a nearby mall. In fact, even food delivery was challenging as the delivery man usually cannot find the establishment. Dua Sentral Suites should not be allowed to remain in operations. Clearly the management is facing financial and operation difficulties in keeping the apartment running properly. They need to sort out their finance, operational issue. This establishment should be taken off Hotels.com entirely as it is a hazard to tourists and visitors. Hotels.com should remove this advertisement and re-instate it only after it has proven itself to be a legitimate and decent accommodation service provider. Taryn

Not recommended
As per previous reviews, this place is no longer Ramada Plaza and not a hotel. Stayed there 6 months ago and it was great but has rapidly gone downhill. No housekeeping, dirty bed sheets, unclean rooms. Pool is unmaintained and same with fitness centre. Fine for a night or two at the price, just be aware of what you are booking.

Hotel does not exist, quickly update website
Beside terrible, I would also use horrible to comment on the stay. My previous stay in this hotel was last year 2015 and overall is good. But, I would like to emphasize, my stayed on 16dec, I was shocked and almost like to leave immediately before check-in. The counter were closed and looks like is a dead building. No TV, water flow in the toilet is low, swimming pool not maintain, one foreigner manage in the lobby. At night, it was so quite and very scrary. One guard and in charge of the building security. Sucks. Please la.....remove this incorrect info from the website.
