How to Get to Rosa Passadena

There are several ways for you to visit Rosa Passadena. You can come here using public transport such as buses, taxis or even drive your own car. There is no train service to Cameron Highlands. However, the nearest train station is Tapah Road Station. You can take a taxi or bus at the station to Cameron Highlands. If you choose to drive your own vehicle, you can follow this route suggestion if you are from South or North Malaysia. If you come from the South via Tapah, the journey will take 3 to 4 hours’ drive. Cameron Highlands is located 300 km from Kuala Lumpur. You can arrive at Rosa Passadena via the North-South Expressway (NSE). From Kuala Lumpur, you can follow the green signboard indicating directions to Ipoh. Once you are on the highway heading to Ipoh, continue driving for 1 hour and 30 minutes North until you reach Tapah. Take exit 132, and turn left at the traffic light after passing the toll plaza. Starting from here, you will follow the winding road all the way to Cameron Highlands which is approximately 60 km away and will take 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to Tanah Rata from Tapah.

If you come from the North via Simpang Pulai, you can follow the proposed route. Jalan Simpang Pulai is a newly opened road compared to Tapah road. Most tourists who want to go to Cameron Highlands will use this road as the road condition here is better than the Tapah route. The journey will take 45 minutes from Kampung Raja in Simpang Pulai. Take the exit 137 at Simpang Pulai and turn right at the traffic light after passing the toll plaza. Then, turn right again to the next traffic light approximately 400 meters. Then, continue your journey to Cameron Highlands before arriving at Rosa Passadena.

For those who are taking the bus, the bus to Cameron Highlands operates daily from Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh and Penang. If you want to take a bus from Kuala Lumpur, you can take a bus at the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) to Tanah Rata Bus Terminal. Travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Cameron Highlands will take about 4 hours and 47 minutes. Bus tickets from TBS to Cameron Highlands cost RM 35.00 per way. When you arrive at Tanah Rata Bus Terminal, you can take a taxi to Rosa Passadena which is 5.4 km from the bus terminal.
