Dear valued guest, please be informed that the newly renovated Rooftop Cafe is now open and ready to give a better experience than ever before. =========================================================== Malaysia has been under the Movement Control Order since 18 March 2020 to curb the spread of Covid-19. Following a successful nationwide lockdown and easing of restrictions since 10 June 2020, the resort will be reopening on 15 June 2020. In full adherence to the country’s rules and regulations as well as recommendations by the World Health Organisation, the resort has made some changes to ensure the health and safety of guests as well as the resort team. Thank you and stay safe. =========================================================== Health and Safety Measures Undertaken Due to COVID-19: In view of the COVID-19 worldwide outbreak and in full adherence to the World Health Organisation’s recommendations, as well as Malaysia’s rules and regulations, we would like to share some of the precautionary and required measures to be undertaken at the resort when it reopens. Please note that these measures are not exhaustive and could change as and when new rules and regulations are decreed. =========================================================== 1.General: a.)Temperature checks for all guests upon arrival. b.)Social distancing of at least one metre to be adhered to at all times. c.)Face masks required for all interactions including activities and walks. d.)Hand sanitisers placed in all public areas. =========================================================== 2. Rooms: a.)Very strict room cleaning protocol observed. b.)Cleaning and disinfection standard procedures for occupied rooms with pre-set frequencies on recommended schedule when the staying guest is not in the room. c.)Every guest room sanitised upon check-out with a 24-hour gap in-between two clients. d.)Hand sanitisers provided upon arrival. e.)Face masks available at reception upon request. =========================================================== 3. Dining: a.)Temperature checks taken upon entry to all restaurants. b.)Table layout of at least 2 metres apart. c.)Breakfast served only at Rooftop Restaurant (no buffet) restaurants open (without airconditioning). =========================================================== 4. Facilities: a.)Swimming pools (main pool, family pool, toddler pool) currently closed. b.)Other activities will also have safety measures in place to minimise the number of guests Internally Royal Agate Beach Resort has also taken stringent precautionary measures to overcome the virus such as: Every employee’s temperature will be checked when they report for duty. Any employee displaying even mild symptoms is immediately quarantined and tested. All employees will wear masks and other protective gear at all times. Social distancing is adhered to at all times and monitored constantly. Swimming pool will be closed for a month during Fasting period for renovation.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 11:00.
