Great place to stay, near from pudu bus stop to airport. Near from everywhere in KL. From the hotel to bukit bintang only 3rm by grap or uber.

Pros: This hotel is just a walking distance to china town or petaling jaya and also to central market and wholesale emporium. The free breakfast buffet is delicious. Cons: They have a very slow wifi. The Chinese man who is responsible for exchanging the currency is very aggressive to us and really ruined the mood. He expected us to exchange our dollars to him but he had a very low currency exchange. The room stinks.

Air Cond in single room not cool, so hot

Located in heart of china town. If you get lower floor room a bit noisy due to hawkers stall just infront of hotel. Strong Wi-Fi but drive only one car even though you travelling with your office mate from different state for 2nd car parking fees will kill you

Good location near china town, clean and bigger room
6.3
The room was small, no mirror in room. Only in bathroom not event 1 drawer in the room. Went to reservation, the staff said we are full booking of groups. I book 2 weeks before my stay.

Big room and good location. Surprisingly, free breakfast buffet provided is good! Definitely worth the value. Down side is the hotel service and room cleanliness. Had to wait till 2.30 pm to check in, didn't provide any printing service, WiFi connection is good but having trouble connecting each morning when they reset the server. Also, room forever smelt of cigarette smoking despite I had asked for a non smoking room. Overall it's a good stay.

Chinatown Hotel
Nicely located within chinatown a clean and hygienic hotel, it was a good place to stay in as the central location made all places accessible for the meetings and working in the KL And leisure evening strolls.

Comfortable room in Chinatown
I've never been to Malaysia, much less KL and didn't know what to expect. 5 elements is right in the middle of bustling Chinatown so you don't have to go far for impressive knock offs and delicious street food. Lobby was quite nice in comparison to other hotels on the tour. Room was quiet and reasonably comfortable. Overall pleasant stay in KL

Good hotel at great location
We chose this hotel because it is one of the drop-off points of our coach from Singapore, and Chinatown is a great location. We asked for a high floor, and got the 14th, which is the highest. The view is fantastic and the room was comfortable and quite big. Only problem was noisy neighbours - the walls are thin and didn't help that there was a connecting door to the next room. Wifi was unreliable and free breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Hotel in Chinatown
My wife and I stayed 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. The staff was very polite and professional. The room was awesome with a great view. The included breakfast was very good IMO. Highly recommend this hotel if looking for a hotel in Chinatown.

Good Value for money Hotel near Chinatown
Took the deluxe queen room. Hotel is clean and spacious, although the furnishings are a bit wear off but generally it's in good condition. Bed and pillows are comfortable and clean, they even provide 2 free meals a day with voucher issues upon check in. Meal spread is not impressive but it's complimentary so no complains, thoughtful gesture for guests who prefers to rest in hotel. Location is excellent, just outside Chinatown shopping street entrance. There's a lot of local food along the streets even opposite the hotel, convenience store is just round the corner. Was greeted by Friendly reception Adam on check in, very helpful and cheerful. For this price it's value for money.
