Staff were very professional. They came on time to pick us up at the airport. Guided us with checkout and hotel transfers. Explained everything well. We stayed only 1 night but they made sure it was perfect. Check in and check out was smooth. They even guided us through some touristic suggestions. The only down side was that i booked a ocean side view which was correct but on the 3rd floor. The burgerking was hiding all the view sadly. But other than that it was top notch from start to end.

The room is very comfortable, warm service, and location is strategic ( in front of ferry terminal). Recommended to stay here before or after visiting resort islands.
