I always stay at the Maagiri - it’s a great little hotel with lovely staff who are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

There’s not much choice in Male. Heard this is one of the best. The room is big. But the hotel js very expensive for this quality.

Emergency accommodation due to missed connection with international flight. Conveniently located near the airport with complimentary airport transfer

Good service, clean, good location.

Staff were very professional. They came on time to pick us up at the airport. Guided us with checkout and hotel transfers. Explained everything well. We stayed only 1 night but they made sure it was perfect. Check in and check out was smooth. They even guided us through some touristic suggestions. The only down side was that i booked a ocean side view which was correct but on the 3rd floor. The burgerking was hiding all the view sadly. But other than that it was top notch from start to end.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We arrived late into Male and they were onsite waiting for us with a car to take us to our hotel. They coordinated the arrival the next morning with our resort and seaplane transfer. A wonderful experience for Americans traveling to Maldives for the first time.

The room was ready, but they charged us for an early check in. After traveling 29 hours with flights and layovers, we felt like it was extortion! I will NEVER recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with restaurabts, gym and coffee shop. Very friendly staff who went out of the way to make my stay easy.

Thanks to expidia grop (hotels.com) tfor booking this hotel. Everything was perfect, nice and good hospitality, the morning breakfast was also nice, the only thing is that it was same and repeated daily, which later feels me bore after having same breakfast on everyday

Besides of the view from the balcony into the ocean across the street everything else was mediocre. Let me explain my frustration about the service my family and I received here at this so called 3.5-4 star rating hotel that Expedia recommended. First of all, we are traveling through Male and only staying near the airport just for the night, then off the next day to our private island so we didn't ask for much just a good place to sleep in. My parents are divorced and separate and were coming with my sister on this trip as a surprise for her graduation last year. I specifically communicated with the hotel staff almost 2 MONTHS before our arrival to make sure that we have 2 rooms next to each other and 2 single beds in each room as my parents DONT sleep together!!. I also gave all my flight itinerary and info as requested by the staff because we paid for airport pick up as well. And guess what ? after a few message exchanged back and forth, as we arrived ON TIME at the airport, we had to call and wait for almost 40 minutes at night before the hotel staffs arrive to pick us up! its about 10 mins away and coulve cost roughly $5-7 to go straight to the hotel except we PAID for our service to be picked up late. Moreover our request for the small beds in each room next to each other was never fulfilled. The hotel staff not only DID NOT try to communicate through the messages I've sent but completely lied and said they didnt know when i arrived !! ran out of text!!

Smelly damp room . V noisy location. Expensive for what it was .

We had to wait 15 mins for the car to collect us from the airport and 10 minutes again when we dropped off. Placed us in a room under the main dining area so didn’t get much sleep because of all the noise above. Food is mediocre at best. Had greasy chips which upset my stomach and breakfast had limited options.

The place is one northern side of male with view to the sea the amenities are new and bed was confirmable and the place is within walking distance to the site seeing attraction in male. I recommend the place for 1 or 2 days discover the capital city.

All it was good , location, view, nearby to airport...just a little noisy in the street...

Jaihaan at the front desk is amazing! She is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The rooms are luxurious and very clean. Someone is always there to assist with whatever needs/wants we had. Food is great, breakfast was the best!
