Lovely accomodation - welcoming staff (Jordana and her male colleague were very nice and helpful). Had all the essentials needed for my 2 night stay in Valletta. Nice continental breakfast too.

A great location and the service from Jordana on reception was the best I have ever experienced.
She went above and beyond.
I'd definitely recommend this place despite the small breakfast room that meant when busy you had to walk down to reception area with your food to eat.
They had Molton Brown products in your bathroom

Hôtel installé dans un ancien bâtiment qui nous plonge dans le passé. Grande chambre et accueil très chaleureux. Proximité du centre très vivant avec des options de restauration à profusion.

Staff were superb! Had a good time, rooms were clean; however, bed sheets and blankets had a weird smell. Breakfast was good, basic continental, delicious coffee ☕️ Will stay again.

It was convenient for Valletta city centre. Quirky, the buildings are 400 years old. The rooms are modern and airy with key card access. The staff were polite, pleasant and helpful. A coffee machine in the room, but no electric kettle or large cup. No safe in the room. The toilet and shower area is a bit open plan with the glass door trying to cover two areas. We would stay there again, but bring a kettle.

A lovely stay thank you. Only feedback would be please can you update your info sheet in the rooms to include we are welcome to take a hair dryer from reception or use the ironing facilities on the 2nd floor. There was no mention of either and yet both were required by our party and we had to seek out both items, as we arrived and left outside of the reception opening hours.

Great, friendly staff. This is a very small, boutique hotel that is centrally located in a 400 year old recently renovated building. I had a couple of problems here.1. arrived at 5:30pm to find the doors locked and no one around. Had to call a local number to gain access. 2. No exterior window in the room. 3. There was a glass partition between the room and the bathroom. Not a problem for a single traveler, but maybe for some couples. 4. Water from the shower flooded the room. It was cleaned up but not repaired after the first time. The second day it happened they changed my room. Manager acted late me he had never seen this before, but another couple had the same problem. Note that after 4:30pm there is no staff in the hotel at all until breakfast the next morning at 8. Manager helped to overcome these issues with a smile. Management has put him in a very difficult position.

Centralt beliggende i Valletta. Hyggelig lobby. Venligt personale. Pænt og rent. God morgenmadsbuffet, men kun 4 borde i restauranten, hvilket gjorde at vi somme tider måtte rykke en etage ned i lobbyen med maden.
Receptionen ikke bemandet så mange timer, men fungerede fint med telefon nummer, der kan kontaktes døgnet rundt. Der er en vandautomat i receptionen, hvor der kan hentes gratis vand døgnet rundt. Elevator .

Hotel tres bien situé par rapport au centre-ville de La Valette .
La chambre et la literie sont confortable , ménage et réfection du lit executé tous les jours . Il ne doit etre fait aucun exces de bruit dans l'ensemble de l'hotel a n'importe quelle heure de la journée.
