En primera la recepcionista tiene de cierta manera un modo desagradable, si te atiende a las dudas solo que parece que estuviera molesta todo el tiempo. Segunda, la habitación que nos dieron es de la primera planta y es totalmente cerrada, sin alguna ventana y hace un calor horroroso, solo te salva su ventilador pero al menos que agreguen una ventana hacia el lobby porque no fue nada de descanso. Agua caliente al instante afortunadamente, es zona centro y es muy linda, fuera de eso solo me gustó por esa razón, pero por la habitación no me gustó la experiencia, 5/10 solo por ese detalle

The rooms were clean. Professional and courteous staff. The hotel needs an update but is comfortable and clean. Very safe and convenient to downtown area.

Sunday Aug 24th: I went back to the hotel at 1am. The door was locked. There was an employee knocking on the door. He said his coworker was inside but was sleeping. It was very frustrating. Eventually the sleepy employee (He said his name was Gabriel) opened the door and went back to sleep on the sofa in the little lobby area. I wasn't going to write this but since I received this email....Everything else is reasonable considering the price.

Although it has a great location it has been one of the worst experiences ever seen at a hotel. It was extremely hot with no air conditioning and on top of that the beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was only a piece of bread and coffee. I really expected more based on what they offered me on the pictures at first.

The location is perfect. Well maintained. The free breakfast was nice but very small.

Appartment good but the issue was the air conditioner. I was not giving the remote i was giving the condition to drop my.ID before the remote is given to me .This was weired and strang to me .Even when i accepted that they take the copy of it they refused .I had tobstay in the room without using air conditioner which should be part of the payment i made as a right .I can only stay at the apartment if the air conditioner remote is giving to me before lodging .I mentioned my concern to the reception before checkong out the following day but every other thing is fine

A bed two end tables and a closet dresser in room. There was a safe in the room with no instructions. Parking was 3 blocks away. Room was quite warm for me to sleep and fan did not help.

I booked a three day stay on the second day, my friend got bitten by bed bugs. call Expedia for help never could get in touch, the hotel moved me to a room with one bed instead of two , that I had booked from the beginning , so I was forced to sleep with my companion in a very small bed

Nos pusieron en la habitación que está a un lado de la recepción, y literal ni siquiera se puede descansar

It’s an open concept hotel. You can look down the balcony to the reception area. My family and I didn’t sleep at all. The noise from the reception echoes to the rooms and the doors are glass. Not soundproof. It was a sleepless night.

the lady in the front desk was rude and not friendly or even helpful.

Only five minutes away from the historic center of the city of puebla. Definitely will stay again in this place.

This hotel needs a lesson in cleanliness. While it's a budget hotel, cleanliness should be priority! I should have taken pictures. I found my bed and pillows to be full of hairs, as if the sheets had never been changed. I had to thoroughly go through the bed and remove all the hairs with tissue paper. Thankfully, I travel w/ Lysol wipes. Upon lifting the toilet seat I could see splashes of pee and poop that had not been properly cleaned. The AC unit was placed above the doorframe of the room to the bathroom. I kept getting splashed on by the leaky AC every time I walked in/out of the bathroom. The walls were stained with water drop lines that the AC had made over the months/years. The room was dusty, you can tell the daily cleaning is very minimal and the room needs a new good coat of paint, the shower door has mold, one of the lights in the bathroom kept failing when i turned it on, it would flicker for the first few tries until it would finally kick in and stay on. I had to leave my storage stored and i noticed that their storage area are cabinets next to the front desk but available to anyone, they have keyholes but they are not locking them. If they ever have to step away from the front desk, anyone from the street can walk in and take your belongings because they were not properly locking the cabinets. That's a big no-no! This hotel looks very nice in the pictures and externally but it's a different story once you enter the room.
