Excellent stay! Very clean & relaxing. Juan Carlos is a very good host, he answered all our questions, had great communications & secured taxis into town and a kayak trip.I would recommend this place!

We love this place. The service was great, the location is quiet near the forest. We were able to hike in the forest to a river. To go to town it was easy and cheap to call a taxi. The sunset from our balcony was amazing and the hot tube looking at the stars was very relaxing.
Juan Carlos really knows how to take care of every detail, the room, breakfast, coordinating activities for us, check in and check out.... everything was easy, and pleasant.

This is a nice place to get away from the busy city for a day or two. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shared outdoor area was great for lounging and taking in the beautiful outdoors. There are some nice little trails around for a walk in the mountains. It is about a 20 minute taxi from the "downtown" and bus stop though and there's not much around the hotel - so it's great to getaway! But you will need to taxi in for food and such.

Nuestra experiencia en Las Luciérnagas fue realmente muy especial. Desde antes de llegar, la comunicación con Juan Carlos fue excelente; nos dio todas las indicaciones con claridad y siempre fue muy atento.
La propiedad es hermosa: los jardines están impecablemente cuidados y se nota el detalle en cada rincón. Nos hospedamos en la suite El Crepúsculo con terraza y fue perfecta. La habitación es acogedora, con todo lo necesario y más: espejo de aumento, secadora, microondas, frigobar, cafetera, libros… todo pensado para una estancia cómoda. La chimenea fue un gran plus; la encendimos por la noche y creó un ambiente espectacular, con una vista preciosa al bosque.
El desayuno estuvo delicioso y muy bien servido. Como único punto a mejorar, el café podría ser un poco mejor.
Sin duda, es un lugar ideal para descansar, desconectar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad.

Solo me quedé una noche, pero descansé como nunca, tanto por la suavidad de la cama, como por la comodidad del lugar y el silencio. Además la habitación contaba con un pequeño jardín increíble para pasar la tarde. Nos recibieron súper amablemente. Definitivamente regresaré y lo recomendaré siempre.
