Nice cosy stay, kind staff

La atención de Juan Carlos es excelente. La habitación La Cima está hermosa y confortable, además de tener una vista espectacular. Recomiendo mucho Las Luciérnagas! Te sientes como en casa.

Excellent stay! Very clean & relaxing. Juan Carlos is a very good host, he answered all our questions, had great communications & secured taxis into town and a kayak trip.I would recommend this place!

We love this place. The service was great, the location is quiet near the forest. We were able to hike in the forest to a river. To go to town it was easy and cheap to call a taxi. The sunset from our balcony was amazing and the hot tube looking at the stars was very relaxing. Juan Carlos really knows how to take care of every detail, the room, breakfast, coordinating activities for us, check in and check out.... everything was easy, and pleasant.

This is a nice place to get away from the busy city for a day or two. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shared outdoor area was great for lounging and taking in the beautiful outdoors. There are some nice little trails around for a walk in the mountains. It is about a 20 minute taxi from the "downtown" and bus stop though and there's not much around the hotel - so it's great to getaway! But you will need to taxi in for food and such.

El lugar es hermoso, la habitación contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadía de varios días. Tenía una terraza hermosa y una tina enorme. La atención de Juan Carlos y las personas que lo ayudan fue espléndida, sin duda regresaría con más tiempo.

Es mi hotel favorito. Preciosa para descansar, la atención espectacular, los cuartos divinos. Es perfecto para descansar y relajarte . Desayunos espectaculares. Súper seguro lo amo. Sofi y Mirna son las mejores.

La sabanas de franela... gato se metio al cuarto... desayuno hasta las 9am... pedi FACTURA y no me la entregaron..
