Bed was durty

The restaurant was out of service/closed and there was no where close by to pick up needed items like bottled water, or something to eat for breakfast. Also no coffee on site which was a real bummer. Nice staff and nice quiet hotel though. Would stay there again

The wifi never work And we have to wait 40 min to get hot water in the shower

Hermoso lugar

Nice. The only problem we found is that the internet connection was really bad.

Quiet place, staff is great. Maybe more menu itemes to choose from. Get some local delivery services.

Friendly staff, need a bigger pool. Like the location.

Hotel was great, it was a great time. The small green area was excellent to play with children

Everything was very nice with the room except the bed was extremely hard.

I found it inconvenient because you need to take a taxi to get to the historic center. Rooms are ok and clean--but beds are not that comfortable.

This place is lovely but it is hard to find! Don't distrust google maps or your gps...it is on that narrow bumpy rocky dirt road. We arrived after dark in a driving rainstorm, after blundering around town for almost an hour. The staff were very nice, ushering us around with umbrellas. The room was spacious, pretty, and comfortable. The next day was sunny and I looked around the grounds -- very pretty. We were sorry we couldn't spend another night.

Me parece que tiene bastantes áreas de oportunidad, primeramente cuando llegas no hay nadie quien te reciba por lo que no sabes a dónde dirigirte, ya que no hay un timbre ni un anuncio o algo que te indique cómo poder accesar. Por lo tanto tienes que tocar el claxon, incomodando a los otros huéspedes e incluso habiendo hecho esto el personal se tarda en salir posteriormente el checking no es nada amigable, ya que no te explican absolutamente nada sobre tu estancia, solamente te dan una hoja que tienes que llenar con tus datos, la cual no tiene ningún sentido, a mi parecer, ya que no la utilizan para nada solamente para tener un supuesto soporte de la información del huésped igualmente en la página de Expedia, comentan que el checking es a las tres de la tarde y el check Out es a la una de la tarde, pero ya estando en el hotel el personal te comenta que el check Out es a las 11 de la mañana, por lo que no hay concordancia entre las plataformas o en este caso, la plataforma Expedia de forma particular y el hotel tampoco tienen tolerancia y creo yo que algo muy importante es tener cordialidad, ya que al momento que tú intentas preguntar sobre alguno de estos temas y personal, se porta un poco déspota, no te da razón del porque son así las cosas y solamente te deja con un mal sabor de boca. Por lo tanto creo que eso es algo que sin duda deberían cambiar a la brevedad. Igualmente hay un extraño sonido en las noches cuando te encuentras en la habitación que no te permite dormir

Limpieza y ubicación

Esta lindo el lugar, las instalaciones por si mismas, el concepto se disfruta, tiene bar y restaurante que parecen galería de arte, la alberca y jardín muy bien, las habitaciones ni se diga, de buen tamaño, buen diseño, limpias y comodas y bueno de los alrededores qué puedo decir, está de más.

En general bien, pero no había suficiente agua caliente, supongo que es calentador de paso y en cada pulso salía el agua fría.

Creo que estan un poco descuidadas las instalaciones, pero amables en general, no me encantaron las camas (ropa de cama) pero bien en general.

Sería buena idea limpiar las cabeceras de las camas. La caja de seguridad estaba rota. Se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas.
