Excellent experience. The 6 dorm was kool, had no issues. The entire staff was very friendly and provided recommendations to explore. Clean room and overall place was nice.

I was unsure about staying in a hostel but this one is an excellent choice for convenience. The staff/customer service made me extend my stay! I met and hungout with my other roommates around the city which made the experience better to meet new people. The rooms were clean and nice and had lockers to store items. I would definitely stay again!

Hotel in a very good location, just a 15-minute walk from the main city center. The rooms have a decent amount of space, and the bathrooms are clean. Both staff members who assisted me were extremely friendly and polite. I would stay here again without any issues.

The staff are friendly and nice. The place however is sub-par compared to similar hostels.
I did not enjoy the overall experience and wanted to leave after my first night (booked for 2 nights). They said they couldn't give me a refund for the second night - which is understandable but I am still waiting for a refund of local and council taxes collected for both nights.

Unfortunately, some of the guests don’t understand the courtesy required when staying at a Hostel. During my 5 nights, there were 2 different guests who were not kind regarding their volume on entering late nights

At first, we were not impressed, but our stay in the Tulip Room turned out to be great - small & cozy, had a nice private shower &bath- located off the kitchen & common area, easy access to exterior back patio area, quite & great assistance from the staff, easy access to local transit, museums - turned out to be great!
