Hotel in a very good location, just a 15-minute walk from the main city center. The rooms have a decent amount of space, and the bathrooms are clean. Both staff members who assisted me were extremely friendly and polite. I would stay here again without any issues.

Ein super Hostel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Ich habe mit meiner Tochter in einem Zimmer mit eigenem Bad übernachtet. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, Betten frisch und sehr bequem.
Der Gemeinschaftsraum gemütlich. Kaffe und Tee for free.
Die Lage auch top, Zentrum super zu Fuß erreichbar, die Tram ist aber auch direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

The staff are friendly and nice. The place however is sub-par compared to similar hostels.
I did not enjoy the overall experience and wanted to leave after my first night (booked for 2 nights). They said they couldn't give me a refund for the second night - which is understandable but I am still waiting for a refund of local and council taxes collected for both nights.

Je reviendrai a cocomama en famille par contre les casiers du bas en dortoir ne sont pas pratique du tout ,le coco-papa qui m a accueilli était vraiment compétant cela doit être par ce que c'est un français

Unfortunately, some of the guests don’t understand the courtesy required when staying at a Hostel. During my 5 nights, there were 2 different guests who were not kind regarding their volume on entering late nights

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok
Das Hostel hat eine gute Lage. Man ist schnell im Zentrum von Amsterdam.
Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Unser Kuh-Zimmer war sehr klein und auch hellhörig.
Aus der Toilette kamen unangenehme Gerüche, die nach Kanalisation erinnerten.
In der Küche lebte eine Katze, die war niedlich, aber bediente sich leider auch am Buffet.
Für Katzenhaar-Allergiker nicht geeignet. Für 3 Nächte ok, denn ab dem letzten Abend hatten wir kein warmes Wasser mehr...

Exceelnte lugar para un fin de semana en Amsterdam, el baño huele un poco mal de vez en cuando, sin embargo, es de esperarse por la antigüedad de las coladeras. y el internet en el piso 2 no funciona muy bien

At first, we were not impressed, but our stay in the Tulip Room turned out to be great - small & cozy, had a nice private shower &bath- located off the kitchen & common area, easy access to exterior back patio area, quite & great assistance from the staff, easy access to local transit, museums - turned out to be great!
