The customer service were very attentive. Our room was clean and small with two twin beds but good for us. The bed was ok, a little bit on the firm side. Bathroom didn’t include hand towels only 2 bath towels. The hotel offered breakfast at a fee but we didn’t try since there are so many cafes/restaurants at walking distance. Good security.
The value was good for what I pay.

Nice clean place to stay the night.
my first stay with IBIS ever.
the rooms are quiet even though the hotel is on a major road.
Small basic room but very clean and great use of space.
close to major attractions but with a few minutes walk which is nice and encouraged me to explore more of the city than i would have done if it was right on the main few blocks of miraflores where everyone hangs out.

Property is well located and easy to access. Rooms are good size. Had issues with air conditioner not working several days. Also had loss of tv services for 1 day. Staff was very accommodating and provided updates on issue solutions.
