it's bad room from small 2 bad after I ask good room I pay this big money the give me bad room the charge me 1000ps for my wife one more food so bad and the charge me 100 ps for age without the tell me before

They all wear smiling faces, from the guards to the front desk officers. They will make sure you feel welcomed and will assist you with all your needs, All the guards know my schedule already in the morning so when they see me coming out from the hotel, they will ask if i'll need a tricycle service, then they will call a tricycle for me :) Sweet!

I booked room with telephone so that the hotel will call to remind that the visiting hrs is already finished to avoid big charges in your hotel. I check out today at 12noon. (overnight stay) the supervisor and the front desk staff very poor! I was disappointed in your hotel!
