Hotel Fleuris Palawan

Hotel Fleuris is a good basic hotel that gives good value for money. But there are areas that need tidying up for example the shower in my room desperatly needs the silicon replacing as its covered in mould. The aircon worked well and there is also a ceiling fan in the room. I found the bed a bit hard but that may suit some people. Breakfast is not a buffet and although there are choices they are pretty basic. The staff are good and its location is good for the SM City mall.

Pickup at the air port was seamless. Major mall right across the street. Provided breakfast was good.

This is a nice hotel in a very central location, near the SM City Mall in Puerto Princessa. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. We had a couple of disappointments though. 1. We dropped laundry off at 7:00 am expecting it to be returned cleaned by 4:00 pm, as stated in their guide. However, by 4:00 pm, the laundray had not been done. This was an inconvenience. 2. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. All-in-all, however, it was a great place to stay.

The hotel staff lied to me, telling me I had to pay 300 pesos extra to the hotel to arrange a shared van to El Nido that will come to the hotel. In fact, the vans automatically pick you up at your hotel, for no extra charge. I hope the owner of the hotel reads this and tells the staff to stop this stupid little scam - charging me 900 pesos when everyone else in the van paid 600. Two hotel staff should not lie to their customer’s face like this. It is embarrassing for the hotel.

I travel a lot and staying a lot of hotels. I am not exaggerating on this. It is not a five star big resort. So if you’re a millionaire, this may not be your cup of tea. But for foreigners coming to the Philippines and you want an excellent room. This is the place. It is clean the services superb the restaurant is nice. It’s Japanese. The room was clean. I could not find anything dirty. They answered anything we called for. We will stay at this property again. It is well worth the money like I said if you’re a millionaire go stay at one of the island resorts. But if you’re a traveler like we are. It has everything that you want as far as amenities. We have no complaints. Highly recommend..

Close proximity to shopping centers including the public market. Cleaning staff provided one of the best customer service I have seen. It is comparable to the services provided by cruise ships in the early 2000s.

Great value hotel right in the heart of Pureto Princesa. Very central in walking distance of main shopping centre (SM Mall)

I booked pick up fro. Hotel in advance with fully flight details , No one was there, spend 40 mintutes to call the hotel When arrived said the flight details misding Show him that mail with full details Hot water in the bath room on request based, need to call the reciprltion 10 minutes before shower

Very good location opposite shopping mall and walking distance to Town sights. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, a la carte. Room was spacious enough. Air conditioning worked well. Room was quiet. Stayed on the 2nd floor. Stairs only. A few kilometres from the Airport but couldn’t hear planes. Nicely landscaped. Too busy to use the swimming pool

Incredible service starting at check in and throughout a 4-day stay. Every single staff member was gracious, helpful and went beyond expectations to ensure our stay was pleasant and that we had everything we needed. Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant was very good. Staff helped arrange tours which were excellent.

The room does not match the listing. two single beds pushed up against each other is not a king size bed. there is definitely insufficient space for two adults and two children, just the two adults. And the fridge is really good at keeping you stuff warm. otherwise it's acceptable: clean, safe, convenient location.

The beds were horrible. So uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on concrete. The staff was friendly.

Excellent location, no elevators or coffee making facilities in rooms. Room service was very fast and all the staff were beyond helpful and wonderful to deal with. It was a very clean and nice place to stay with a huge Mall just across the road which was perfect.

Friendly personable staff, high quality room, convenient restaurant including breakfast service, arranged travel excursions on our free days.

We were not pick up in the airport for Expedia did not coordinate with then our schedule of check in and arrival . Other thing that Expedia did not coordinate was our tour the number you gave was cannot be contacted , the River tour they cancelled on the day of the tour that I was upset for that was the reason why we visited the place . I finally they contacted us after an hour late of our pick up scheduled just to informed the trip was canceled. I refused to be canceled and demanded us to be transferred in another tour group otherwise we will let them pay our plane ticket and our hotel . So they are forced to provide us another tour group . Your rate to us is very high when we direct to them it much cheaper and you don’t provide a good coordination service . Once you got the payment , we are of it’s own which was very stressful for your telephone number you provided no body return the call . I cancelled the second tour Honda bay 3 days ahead of time of the actual schedule so we expect a refund for that . since in your guide line 3 days a head cancellation. With this bad experience with Expedia poor coordination and service we don’t like to use Expedia at all nor recommend to our friends and family . Please improve your service .

Great little hotel. Nice and clean. Great pool. Nice that it is across the street from SM Mall. I've stayed here numerous times and keep coming back.

This is more of a boutique hotel. The shuttle was great and picked us up on time. It’s literally right beside the mall and close to a lot of places to eat. Overall my stay was great and would stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the bed is huge and comfortable and the rooms has air condition which is of course very nice for everyone not used to 30°C. They are always ready to help and even arranged for a birthday cake and song for my fellow traveller when we returned from one of our tours! The hotel offers 24 hours in-house massage, and I am sorry I only had time for one treatment as the masseuse was both professional and skilled. The hotel location is also really good for shopping as it lies but a very short stroll from the newly built and modern mall SM. I found the mall to have great prices for high quality clothes, shoes etc and I'd really recommend it if you're a bit tired of haggling prices at the market. All in all the hotel is a great place to stay, but it shows that it has been a while since it was last refurbished. It has a dated look, but that's not so important. The bathrooms in particular are not in great shape though, but they are clean and functional. The showers should be replaced and the exceptionally noisy ventilation as well. Some rooms have power sockets with both EU/Asia - be sure to ask for one if you forgot your adapter.
