Wow! Great location and bargain price that included breakfast. Bit tricky on parking but contact hotel in advance to reserve one of a handful of spots. Staff were friendly and helpful with parking. Definitely recommend and you are in the midst of everything here

When we checked in we needed help and asked the gentleman at the desk for help
He really wasn't interested in helping us and we felt we were bothering him
We sorted things out ourselves and the next day another Gentleman was at the desk and he was helpful
Romania was my least favorite country due to the people in it

The photo posted online of this property is very misleading - it looked like a charming character building. In reality, we were led to a ground floor room that opened directly to a walled in alley way that was accessed by a locked gate. We were not given the code to access the gate in advance, and we were not shown how to lock the door to the room which was a mirrored glass patio door and tricky - we had to chase down someone to help us. Room was ok - small and clean. No water or any amenities other than a bottle of shampoo in the shower. The location was great but would not stay here again.

A lovely, quirky little hotel, extremely clean, lovely continental breakfast with good coffee. Location is excellent and close to the centre of Brasov, parking is a nightmare to get a spot, so we made a reservation with the hotel for one of their spaces, a must do if you have a car! Staff were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Chitic and we would stay here again. Excellent place.
