I booked a room and paid for lounge access, and first day I checked in at midnigt first, so seen in this light I did not use the loungearea for the first day, at least they could allow me to stay in the lounge area just for 3 hours the day I checked out, as I like to work in peace, but I was not allowed, so that was very dissapointing for me.

You have to pay for the outdoor pool and facilities (30€) per day, which was not mentioned in booking. It took me 1 hour to get through to room service at 8pm (14 calls)
One of the days my room wasn’t cleaned even after 3 reminders. Not what you would expect from a 5* hotel at all. Stayed in many raddison all over the world and haven’t experienced a service like this before.
