Good staff, nice room

This hotel has a lot to offer. Nice ambient, extraordinary life in bar area and nice staff too. Check in is unfortunately the slowest I ever experienced ( and I have more than 120 travel days every year ) But the hotel in general is extremely good value for money

i didn't choose breakfast. Room was clean but not so modern needs a not of a revamp. staff were nice althoughh i had a bit of an issue with late check out that was approved by Hotels.com. eventually they agreed but couldn't confirm upon check in. mini bar complementary i found that very nice

The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared. There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. The only downside was that the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner seemed watered down or of lower quality. Overall, everything else was amazing and we had a wonderful stay.

Clean nice hotel very good location

The overall impression of the hotel was great. The lobby in particular was wonderful. The breakfast was not particularly good, especially considering the price. The only negative thing was: on the day of departure we asked the staff to order a taxi in advance. The answer was that it will be ordered when you check out. The staff did order a taxi but it never showed up. So we took an Uber because the taxi was already over 15 minutes late. This mess resulted in some additional costs.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. Prime had excellent food and I would highly recommend eating there. My only issue was the noise level outside my door. I was awakened every night of my stay by loud noises.

Amazing hotel, very good value for money, perfect location and lots to do. Lots of restaurant options in the hotel and the bar was lovely. Room was clean and spacious. Swimming pool and spa in the hotel as well. Would definitely stay again!

There is no concierge at this property which is a shame as this is the capital city of Romania. There are many tourists staying there but without the service of a concierge.
