We had 4 poster room, lovely and spacious. Comfy bed. Liked the modern touches USB ports available in lamps and plugs. Good size bathroom. Plenty milks given with tea/coffee. At first couldn’t get a picture or signal on TV but managed to sort aerial. Breakfast good selection. Would have liked some fruit but other than that staff very helpful.

The staff was welcoming and helpful and the room was cute and comfortable in all but one respect and the Hotel is well positioned for transit and tourism. That one thing though might be a deal breaker for larger persons on longer holidays. I literally could not squeeze myself through the door to the shower.

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the park. Public transport easily within walking distance. Room was very clean and tidy. Check in was fast and friendly. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning was great, the food was great, the customer service was beyond that. They would always ask if you needed anything, and you were very looked after and felt welcomed. I would recommend this hotel for a multiple night stay, I only stayed 1 night. Highly recommended.

Bad things first - the bed (I had a single room) was without doubt the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the pillows old flat and hard. The tea and coffee in the room are only caffeinated (they have no alternatives), and the soap and shower gel are basic. BUT, everything was clean (furniture a little shabby) and the free car parking (on a first come first served basic) was a real treat. It’s also in a good location, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, 40 min walk to George Square and 15 mins to the fantastic Kelvingrove or Huntarian museums - the Mackintosh House is a must

Location is great, parking is extremely limited in the hotel space - road parking is paid and time-limited. Staff is excellent, helped to upgrade my room after realizing how horrible the “budget” room was. New room very comfortable. Grocery is within walking distance.

Perfect for a quick stay for a concert at the OVO Hydro. Easily walkable in less than 15 mins. Plenty of eateries and shops around. Quick and efficient check in/out.

Very well placed for Glasgow's West End and also for the concert venues at the Hydro and the Armadillo. Very traditional style hotel with excellent reception staff. I didn't try the breakfast as I usually try to support local coffee shops and cafes. I was single traveller and I found the room to be a good size with a double bed. It was on the lower ground floor but there was still natural light from a window, even if the garden outside could do with a wee bit of tending. Everything that you really need for a a weekend stay. I would recommend it.
