Great place, just three complains. The slow and un-syncronized elevators can really become annoying, The 17th floor is a missed opportunity for a nice place for drinks and music, instead it is like a cafeteria that has alcoholic drinks. The AC maintains the rooms very cold even in winter, that can be uncofortable for some people like me.

We had a lovely stay in Lanzarote. The hotel is great, My only moan if was to be considered a moan is aren’t enough sun beds and the sun bathing area isn’t big enough which makes it feel inadequate and I little disjointed.

The sea view room was stunning. Great location near to cruise ships and airport for early departures. Comfy beds. Front desk Staff were good smooth check in however the restaurant was extremely slow for lunch and dinner. The panoramic view is popular. Food was good. Tiny Elevators are slow and always full of staff with large carts. The young man who provides my massage was not well trained removing my tiny towel to start leaving me completely naked and in shock. Never before have I ever and never again would I like to duplicate that experience.

Our first time staying at this hotel, check in was very friendly with a nice glass of cava, our suitcases were delivered to our room, the reception area was very festive with Christmas decorations. We had hired a car and the ONLY parking available is an underground carpark which the hotel has an arrangement with the parking company that you pay 10 Euros a day which we think is a bit annoying when you have paid good money to stay at a 5 star hotel, we had to pay 70 Euros for the week. Our room was on the 11th floor facing the sea, so we had an amazing view over the sea and Fermina. The beds were nice and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very good, there was a nice comfortable sofa and a large TV, The room was spotlessly clean. The A/C fan was noisy but it didn't affect our sleep. We were bed and breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices. Staff were very attentive and the restaurant was spotless. On the 17th floor there is a restaurant with amazing views over the city, we dined there a few times and the food and service were excellent, on some nights there is also live entertainment which is good quality. On level 2 there is an indoor heated pool and snack bar which is also very good, there is a sun terrace here too overlooking Reducto Beach. On the ground floor there is an A La Carte restaurant called Azhar, which we dined in one evening it was also excellent with outstanding service. We will definitely book again!

The lady who checked us in was really lovely and helpful, shes on an in internship from Poland. Our room wasnt ready on time and so because we had to wait, we were given a complementary coffee and cake for two in the restaurant on 17th floor. It was then when we went to use it that we realised they obviously had a lack of staff. We had to wait for over 20 mins to get in and then when we were shown to a table we had to wait for over another 20 mins before being served. The situation was then also evident in the restaurant by the pool area, tables were left covered in dirty dishes for hrs. The food in the buffet restaurant in the evening was very average compared to other hotels we have stayed at. There are very few sunbeds and therefore in my opinion, not really designed as a hotel for laying in the sun as chances are you wont get a bed. The bar didnt ever seem to be open on 1st floor above the lobby, which was a shame, as it was a really nice area. However after the negatives our seafront suite was really beautiful and well appointed. The staff we met were all very nice and friendly, but there just didnt seem to be enough of them, leading to very slow service. We had a good 3 night stay but we wouldnt return.

Except for the amazing food and lovely staff there were 23 sun loungers only for a hotel with 17 floors. So for my entire stay I couldn’t sit once in the sun. There were only a few outdoor chairs and tables and again they were unavailable. Totally unacceptable . Hot tub, indoor pool and spa at additional cost with an hour only access. Other ‘indoor’ pool was still exposed by open balcony area so cold breeze and full of kids jumping in the pool. Totally unrelaxing. Photos on expedia website are AI as there is no area overlooking beach whilst inside the pool as shown. Very dissatisfied and disappointing! Expedia of a gesture credit only - no refund at all. Shabby paintwork in our room, curtain that didn’t close, tv that had no nearby bed or seating to watch.

The hotel restaurant scammed me out of 19 euros for serving an appetiser for a main. When i questioned them they did nothing about it and exoected the payment.... i even have photos of what i was served.... absolute scam The area whete the hotel is based is completely dead.... thought i was walking around a 3rd world country. I kept on having to remind staff to clean the room. The hotel is basically a fancy high rise block of flats turned into rooms. There is limited space on where u can enjoy the sun at the actual hotel, just some narrow balcony which sits around 10 tosp on the 2nd floor for the entire hotel of around 168 guests. Its a joke..... would not recommend this hotel, not worht the money. Massively disappointed
