A really great stay at this hotel, really easy to get around with 2 metro’s near, and plenty of buses. The pool is a great little addition, and is very well maintained (the whole hotel was really). Food was also very good, and breakfast was excellent, everything was always available. Staff are very nice despite not speaking a lot of English. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfy, great nights sleep. Housekeeping was also very friendly! Would recommend this hotel.

Great stay whilst attending an event at the location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with great hospitality. The breakfast offered a large range of options and all food and drinks were great.

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Staff with Excellent service both at the reception desk and dining section.

Breakfast is good but it could have been better.The location is easy reach.There were just a few issues that we’ve encountered such as some rooms aircon was not as good as others,no coffee/tea in the room,no iron/kettle.But apart from that ,we had a relaxing stay.

The hotel is very close to the Beniferri subway station. However, the room maintenance left a lot to be desired. The rollout bed mattress had a large stain on it in addition to food crumbs on it. The bathroom wasn’t fully stocked during our stay and it could use some renovation. The door frame showed cracks and damage. Overall an “ok” stay but won’t come back.

The staff were lovely.
However the hotel is tired and needs updating. The toilet didn’t work in the room.
There were fingerprints on the furniture and the tiling grout etc was tired. Breakfast was good and the lobby area is nice but the room itself was disappointing

Everything about the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The restaurant had a good menu we really enjoyed ourselves. The bedroom was a little outdated but very clean and caused us no issues at all with comfy beds. However we were told by Expedia we could pay on arrival at the hotel. I sent my share of the cost to my sister but was charged through my bank account in uk currency. My sister arrived at the hotel after we were charged and we were promised a refund after she paid in Euros. As promised I was refunded but in Euros which meant I lost £33 in the exchange. Expedia sent messages and I also spoke to a human who said we could pay at the hotel. Nobody has been able to help me before and after this problem. Very disappointing.

Good, nice and clean hotel. I feel the air circulation in the room wasn't too good, mostly I believe because there are no vents in the bathroom and windows that can be open. Rather than that, no issues. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from; really like the kefir.

Swimming pool was not available despite it being included in the booking. Apparently the pool is not available until 1st June (summer season) even though our final day was 31st May.
Also the fridge did not work in the room and they couldn't fix it either.
