Room was clean. Breakfast average. Only 1 elevator working the whole trip.

We didn't have any breakfast at the hotel but the premises were okay. I don't think it was worth as much as we paid.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay in the Heart of Valencia! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Valencia. The location is perfect — close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with recommendations or directions. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the coffee was excellent! The hotel’s atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both service and cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia — it’s a perfect choice for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

When we arrived we were unable to check in at the time, even though it was after 2pm. We were told to wait but not told how long to wait for. Room was OK but bathroom was unclean, black mold around the shower and no tissues in the dispenser. We have stayed before 2 years ago and had a much better experience but it seems to be going downhill unfortunately.

Situated close to the metro station which takes less than 15mins to the centre. Hotel is clean but basic. No kettle in room, and they charge for Nespresso in the lobby. Pool is ok, but no view.

Lovely stay!

Very nice stay, lovely staff, great location, close by various public transport links. I was suprised by a free upgrade to a junior suite, was a lovely trip! Great variety for breakfast too.

The hotel is not in the best location , but thats no problem , because the Metro is just around the corner, and there is a Super Market right next to it .

It was an overall really nice stay , if u had a question , they always would have an answer for you. Overall a great stay for me to celebrate my 30ith birthday yesterday (31.5.) Probably would come back

Very nice place, nice staff, foyer lovely, metro and bus convenient, 8 to 10 euros in a cab to the historic places. Shou attend to slippery floor in shower. Door hard to open in shower. On top floor noisy air-conditioning. Why not provide a few more coffee and tea? They cost nothing

Not 4 stars! While the staff was kind and apologetic, the hotel fell short. The beds are like pull-out beds with thin mattresses, the bathrooms are dated, and the entire place needs fresh paint and a thorough cleaning.
