Very well locate small hotel. Room and bathroom are kind of small but very well kept and clean. Staff were, by far, the most polite people (working) in all Valencia. Breakfast buffet style was really good and shouldn't be missed.

Staff very helpful; rooms adequately furnished with excellent air conditioning. Liked the fact that coffee available most of the day, together with cold water. Nice location with plenty of cafes nearby, particularly useful for eating out in the evening. Lastly an excellent breakfast.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. The room was clean and the location was great. I wish they had lobby coffee in the morning as well as the afternoon, but there were plenty of places nearby to grab a cup. Would definitely recommend!

An older hotel that is a little run down, with paper thin walls. My room was loud and the bed was uncomfortable, the staff was kind enough to change my room but didn’t offer to bring my bags for me or any other sort of reimbursement, even some extra water or free bike rental would have been nice. Bathrooms were a little old and I couldn’t fit into my shower. When the air conditioning came on there was a smell of sewage. Bikes on property were convenient.

Great small hotel in chilled location. No fancy add-ons and no bar but who needs a hotel bar when there are so many surrounding it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pleasant breakfast room with plenty of options. Quite small, so if you visit at busy times, take note of the 'busy times' info to avoid a wait. Water hot and beds comfy Easy walk to shopping centre and old town. Been before and will return.

This small, boutique hotel is lovely. Spotless. The location is PERFECT. the breakfast as great. The staff were kind and helpful. It’s simple, but great for the price. We had room 601 which has a wonderful terrace overlooking amazing Russafa.

The hotel is very convenient to both Valencia Estacio del Nord and Joaquin Sorolla, although the latter is a bit of a walk. Gabriel, the concierge, was an excellent guide to the city and provided some great recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the area. Rooms were spacious and clean, and made the vacation a lot smoother. Absolutely would stay again.

Abbiamo alloggiato per 3 notti in questo hotel in occasione della maratona di Valencia. La posizione è ottima, perchè è a metà strada dal centro di Valencia e dalla città delle arti e delle scienze (partenza della maratona). Il quartiere è ricco di ristorantini e bar. Il prezzo dell'hotel per questi 3 giorni era esagerato (350 euro a notte, colazione compresa). Un prezzo onesto sarebbe al max di 100 euro a notte. Le stanze sono molto piccole. Noi abbiamo alloggiato al sesto ed ultimo piano e ci siamo trovati bene. Colazione ottima. Sino alle 22 c'è la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di caffè, the, acqua nella hall dell'hotel. Tutto perfetto. Come già detto, l'unico lato negativo è stato il prezzo, ma era nella media di tutti gli altri hotel di Valencia causa maratona (purtroppo!)
