The hotel is very convenient to both Valencia Estacio del Nord and Joaquin Sorolla, although the latter is a bit of a walk. Gabriel, the concierge, was an excellent guide to the city and provided some great recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the area. Rooms were spacious and clean, and made the vacation a lot smoother. Absolutely would stay again.

Abbiamo alloggiato per 3 notti in questo hotel in occasione della maratona di Valencia. La posizione è ottima, perchè è a metà strada dal centro di Valencia e dalla città delle arti e delle scienze (partenza della maratona). Il quartiere è ricco di ristorantini e bar. Il prezzo dell'hotel per questi 3 giorni era esagerato (350 euro a notte, colazione compresa). Un prezzo onesto sarebbe al max di 100 euro a notte. Le stanze sono molto piccole. Noi abbiamo alloggiato al sesto ed ultimo piano e ci siamo trovati bene. Colazione ottima. Sino alle 22 c'è la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di caffè, the, acqua nella hall dell'hotel. Tutto perfetto. Come già detto, l'unico lato negativo è stato il prezzo, ma era nella media di tutti gli altri hotel di Valencia causa maratona (purtroppo!)

Comfortable hotel in a vibrant area of Valencia. A tad noisy in the evenings as there are bars nearby, but we didn’t mind. The only issue was our room’s airconditioning let us down so we had to keep the windows ajar for some of the time. Overall, a fantastic stay! Breakfast was amazing, not huge, but lots of healthy options. Staff friendly and attentive.

Friendly reception staff, good coffee machine in reception, and above all in an excellent location right in the heart of Ruzafa. The room had an immensely overpowering smell of some sort of fragrance and the air con was ineffective and quite noisy, but as we were only there for one night it didn’t pose too much of a problem. Other than that the room was nice and clean with free bottles of water, which is always a nice tough, and a modern and well equipped bathroom.

Room was clean but really small so hard to move around with 2 people and luggage. Bed was too hard for me. Shower temperature fluctuated so had to be careful so you didn’t burn yourself. Staff at reception super friendly and efficient. Was walking distance to historic area and lots of restaurants. Room was very expensive for what you got.

I will not be recommending this place! The description of amenities is inaccurate! I booked this place because it stated they had laundry facilities! They do not have laundry in the building only a laundry service that you have to book 24 hr in advance …. Please read the description and do better. Also the walls are so thin you can heard everything that is happening in the entire hallway of the floor. On our vacation we were woken up early morning to sounds of hammers and working, no warning or anything. Very inconsiderate for guests. Extremely tiny space, for the price they charge they should not be booking this room for 2 adults. It’s ridiculous …. Extremely uncomfortable. Will never book here again. I only gave one stars because cleanliness was ok, everything else was a huge disappointment. Staff are not helpful.
