ホテルは広い部屋で綺麗で安くて満足です！ただ、冷蔵庫のききが悪いのとお風呂がシャワーのみなのが残念… 喫煙者ですがホテルの目の前に喫煙所があって便利でした日本語は通じませんがボディーランゲージと英語でどうにか受付の人とコミュニケーションをとりました中歴駅が徒歩10分のところにあるので桃園空港からもアクセスはしやすかったです下手にタクシーとか使ってカモられるより電車がオススメです。朝ごはんの場所も丁寧に教えてくれたのでよかったです。ただ、遅めに行ったのでほとんど食べ物の種類がなかったので内容はよくわかりません。スーパーも徒歩10分程度にあるのでノープランでいくにはもってこいの場所です。台北に行くのであれば少し遠いのでオススメはしません。治安は悪くありませんが道路があまりよくないのでぼーっと歩いてると轢かれる危険性はあります。

Booked this hotel as a last minute overnight stay due to a flight delay. The rooms are a bit dated/shabby, but clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Towels are nice and big--always a nice surprise in TW. Provided buffet breakfast was great (breakfast space is across the street from hotel lobby FYI). Overall good value for price, and conveniently located near Zhongli station.

checked-in & noted toilet bowl was choked. Waited 1.5hr despite receptionist said coming up. Staff came with plunger, made a mess & left with dirty soiled bathroom. Water from plunger was drip on floor from toilet through room to door, no clean-up service thereafter. When we were in Taipei, Duke Hotel confirmed they would received parcel on our behalf with name provided in English and Chinese, before our arrival. At Duke Hotel, they informed us times nothing was received. After repeated clarification, finally another receptionist said there is a delivery but they reject because guest name doesn't tally. I asked for delivery addressee and receptionist could mentioned the name and it was my name! Then she added the excuse "we have no time to translate your name from English to Chinese". The overall attitude and services are poor, unprofessional and the worse I've experienced in these 5 years travelling countless in Taiwan.

the carpet , the curtains so old, so dirty and curtains with holes and floor with permanent black marks which at first glance thought were small cockroaches. the bathtub so so old and bathroom tiles with permanent black and red marks. so really so so disappointed .
