I would give the staff MORE than 5 stars if I could! They were all amazing. Not one staff member that we interacted with was anything less than incredible. They were kind, friendly, helpful, going out of their way repeatedly to help. Sheraton Samui, you have an awesome staff!

The rooms are spacious but somewhat outdated, with limited storage space for clothes. The window frames are wooden and have gaps, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room; we had to block them with tissues. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits.

Great service overall and property was comfortable and rooms were well designed. Staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. The main negative was that the whole property was a little tired and in need of refurbishment and sun beds were not the comfort one would expect at a 5* property.

A really nice hotel, a little bit away from the hustle and bustle but that suites me. Lovely beach and pool areas. Restaurants were good quality but the food and drinks prices were crazy once you add in the tax and service. Maybe a bit of entertainment in the evenings is something the hotel is missing. Gym was not air conditioned rendering it unusable. All the staff were lovely and well trained. Overall great experience.

Very clean, lovely hotel, lovely staff and lovely location in the beach. Only things letting it down was lack of facilities for bride (was there for sisters wedding). No bridal breakfast buffet for the room. No proper champagne. O steamer for her dress. Other issue was slightly more expensive for food and drinks that other places. And the road at the top is very dangerous to cross. Hotel is a good 10 minute taxi ride from shops and other attractions. Overall great stay!

Property is in need of a refurb - however the staff are excellent and great food. Rooms are spacious and the bed was really comfortable- we didn’t have a linen change in 6 days? Airport shuttle is excellent - the blue monkey and long Talat are great places to eat and relax. Swimming pool at top is good for lengths - wife really enjoyed the spa!
