We liked the morning walk to breakfast up through the forest canopy and past the pools of colourful carp. Breakfast was always delicious and lots of food options. The pools were wonderful and relaxing as were the walks along the beach and the swims in the sea. At night we tried both restaurants and were impressed with every tasty item we ordered. The beds were very comfy and we slept very well. Such a great experience.

We had a great family holiday at Sheraton. Staff were lovely, food was good. My only concern was that there were so many stairs, so would not recommend if you have knee issues. Other than that was great.

Our room was close to the lobby and therefore further from the beach - the hotel provided constant buggy service to take guests to and from the beach from that part of the hotel. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with very few people around. The beach pool was great, and the beach bar and restaurant very pleasant. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

Prøvde treningsrom som var ganske bra, ikke veldig stor (to tredemøller, elipsemaskiner og sykler, kabelmaskin, benk, manualer og rom for trening på matte. Veldig fin tennisbane (malt asfalt). Vårt rom var helt øverst i komplekset, det var lang vei til stranda, mange trapper, men man kan bli kjørt. Vi ble overrasket at rommet hadde dør til naborommet (connecting dor), vi kunne høre lyder når detvar støy/høye lyder fra det andre rommet.

We booked a family room to see and liked it very much. The water flowed strongly and was very satisfying. The system was good and useful in many ways. It was very delicious. Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by a serious issue with cleanliness , we discovered cockroaches in our room. This was deeply unsettling and clearly not what one would expect from a five-star resort. While the staff acknowledged the problem and offered us a coconut as compensation (yes, it’s true) the overall handling of the situation felt unprofessional and uncertain. There was a lack of clear communication, and no real reassurance or follow-up was provided to make us feel comfortable or confident that the issue had been properly addressed. For a resort of this caliber, we had much higher expectations regarding both hygiene and service. The incident significantly impacted our experience.

Our room (no 201, close to the pool and beach) was very dated, dark, with very low ceiling, long and narrow; very loud A/C; the electric outlets were so old, that it was difficult to plug in the power converters. In terms of billing - frustrated that the deposit refund will take 3-4 weeks; plus the receptionist told us the bar and rest bill would be deducted from the deposit, instead our VISA was charged; will give the receptionist the benefit of doubt, maybe something was lost in translation. Overall the staff was very helpful, especially the buggy cart drivers and waiters.

Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by a serious issue with cleanliness , we discovered cockroaches in our room. This was deeply unsettling and clearly not what one would expect from a five-star resort. While the staff acknowledged the problem and offered us a coconut as compensation (yes, it’s true) the overall handling of the situation felt unprofessional and uncertain. There was a lack of clear communication, and no real reassurance or follow-up was provided to make us feel comfortable or confident that the issue had been properly addressed. For a resort of this caliber, we had much higher expectations regarding both hygiene and service. The incident significantly impacted our experience.

Our room (no 201, close to the pool and beach) was very dated, dark, with very low ceiling, long and narrow; very loud A/C; the electric outlets were so old, that it was difficult to plug in the power converters. In terms of billing - frustrated that the deposit refund will take 3-4 weeks; plus the receptionist told us the bar and rest bill would be deducted from the deposit, instead our VISA was charged; will give the receptionist the benefit of doubt, maybe something was lost in translation. Overall the staff was very helpful, especially the buggy cart drivers and waiters.
