La piscine extérieure ferme a18h il ne demande même pas poliment, l’accès à la plage ferme a8h, pas d’animation , deux club de nuit à côté bruit intense tu ne peux même parler au téléphone au bord de la piscine

Il y a du punaise dans le lits, la chambre pleine de saleté le robinet de la salle de bain sorte de la saleté la bouffe pas propre grand risque d’attraper des maladies une des gusts est rentrée avec des problèmes de digestion et intoxication intenses mals au abdomen en plus pleins de points à cause des punaises de lits. L’accès à la plage ferme à 21h. Le staff ne réponds jamais aux demandes. Les prix peuvent changer sans préavis ils nous ont chager 270 DT au lieu de 200 DT pour un massage. Faites attentions à se qu’ils vous disent car ce n’est jamais vrais. Ils ne te disent jamais non mais en fin vous recevrez ZÉRO que des fausses promesses. Pour 2 nuits à 1000CAD je peux avoir mieux et beaucoup mieux en Espagne ou au Portugal.

Very nice location and place overall. Cleaning did a superb job maintaining our room and going the extra mile to make us enjoy our stay. Naturally, we tipped her handsomely😊. One are of improvement is the reception folks needing to be more accommodating. Every request we made was turned down with a phony smile. We requested an iron; we were told to use the laundry services. We requested an extra towel to use the pool, they said to wait until the next day! They made me pay 15 TND to get a bottle of wine I to my room. WiFi in the room was not working; I reported it and the reception lady said they’d send a technician - it never happened. They need to listen to customers and be more accommodating. It’s not all about spending more money!

Dans l’ensemble, une expérience très positive, portée autant par la qualité de l’hôtel que par l’engagement de son équipe. Je recommande sans hésitation.

It really depends the kind of room you book. I would not recommend anything less that the superior room. Others are outdated and have a bad smell

Male staff were very rude towards english speaking costumers. Rooms not at all what was advertised. Beach very dirty. Would not book this hotel again.

When I arrived at the hotel around 3AM my room was not ready yet

I stayed here with my husband and we loved it. The executive suite was so nice.

Online photos are not as advertised. Horrible customer service, and is not clean at all.

Personalen är trevliga, vänliga och har en bra service. Frukosten är fantastisk och atmosfären är toppen
