The staff were extremely attentive, all the way from check in, dining and check out. The sheets on the baby cot were stained and dirty. But this was changed within the hour with no trouble at all.

The service was awful! I was initially put in a smaller room than what I had paid for. When I complained, they told me to contact hotels.com despite the fact that I had shown them the reservation. After I had spent time and money talking to hotels.com, they then agreed to put me in the right type of room. The front desk staff was rude and aggressive. The room was dirty. Cleaning was approximate! The desk too was not cleaned as I noticed that the same fly was there during my stay! Water was only served the first day. After that, I had to literally beg them hours on end to have water which I had to pay for! I had a steady flow of small cockroaches in the bathroom. All in all, the service was awful! This hotel does not deserve a 5 star rating. It should be avoided at all costs!

The hotel is a bit old but still nice and fairly clean. The room is spacious. Easy access to the beach. However, for a 5 star hotel, I expect the front desk staff to be a bit friendlier and professional. A smile in the face and better customer service would be appreciated more.

They’re unprofessional they didn’t allowed my guest to enter my room and the front desk didn’t pick up there phone. I called for ice waited for an hour and called again they said you have to pay 10 dt never have this experience again

3 star hotel at best.
Pros: clean, rooms are large, nice big pool, good breakfast and dinner buffet
Cons: beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and rooms feel very dingy. Front desk staff not helpful: for example, had to call four times to request extra pillows, they would not send up an iron (wanted to charge for laundry service instead). Also did not put me in room with pool view that I booked and paid for: when I asked to be moved to proper room they said it “wasn’t available” and eventually moved me to the right room several hours later after I told them they needed to refund the price difference then.
Overall, not a very good experience at this hotel and I would not stay here again.
