Except for one front desk officer, everybody else was wonderful. The rooms are clean, breakfast is decent, coffee is good and just make sure that you ask for non-smoking room if you don't smoke.

Everything was great except the air conditioning—it was very hot, which was surprising. Sleeping with the window open wasn’t practical due to street noise. I hope this issue gets resolved, as a hotel should be a place for rest and comfort.

This hotel was very convenient for my purpose. Very close to the Marmara mall. The metro bus stop was right there. There was also a market right across. The room was clean, unfortunately i chose a room that faced the road and was quite noisy. The room was too hot and the fan did not seem to be working. All in all i stayed for 5 nights and it was ok. The restaurant didn't have a lot of choices but again it was convenient in the hotel. Housekeeping was daily and i really appreciated this.
