The renovated Centurion tower was very nice. We could easily walk to the beach, the outlets, the pier, and the water park. We had a great time. Looking forward to returning!!!

Finally a place that have very common beds i feel so comfy and at home. I even soaked in the tub something i havent did in years and missed. Im definitely coming back. I was i picked this before i did borgata. The views of the beach is breathtaking this was worth the money

I usually stay at Caesar’s at least once a year and I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. My ocean front view room was at the Centurion tower right next to the ice machine room and it was full of fruit flies and bad smell coming even inside the room.

The casino is nice enough, plenty of Ramsey restaurants to dine in. But it still smells like a casino that allows smoking and there’s nothing you can change about that. We stayed in the Centurion tower and that was quite nice and clean. We enjoyed our room and the shower is really nice. They are extremely understaffed, so it’s impossible to reach house keeping if you need anything. We loved that the hotel is right on the boardwalk and and then beach access is just right across the boards.

This is a very nice hotel and convenient to beach/shops; however the beds are full size and there was no window in my room. Too dark unless you turn on lights. Otherwise a great stay.

The hotel charged me more on check-out than Expedia said I would pay, despite showing them the emailed receipt sent from Expedia showing all fees And giving the exact figure I would owe at check-out. The room itself in the newly renovated Centurion Tower was magnificent though, I will give them that, and maid service was great.

When we arrived they could not find my reservation. Also There was poo all on the toilet when we arrived. We actually got clorox wipes and cleaned ourselves.. when I mentioned it to the front desk they said we'll let our housekeeping know

My only complaint is I was charged for rooms more than what was shown during the Expedia booking of two rooms. I think the whole point the new government regulation was to prevent a surprise billing and enforce transparency at the time of the booking. Per my booking, I was supposed to pay the property only 63.60 for my two rooms. But I was charged far more (78.64) about 23.7% more, which would be a breach of the contract or deception. I would not have expected such practices from this hotel.

BUT THE PROBLEMS WERE

2 THERE IS A DOOR BETWEEN ROOMS WHICH MADE NOISE COMING VERY ANNOYING, YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE TAKING, LAUGHING ETC. EVEN LATE AT NIGHT WHICH MADE SLEEP HARD
