Hotel was convenient for our plans. Clean, comfortable, friendle. The landlord needs to mow the grass in the entrance driveway, it ruins the image. Otherwise an excellent property.

The room was pretty decent. However parking lot was trashed, broken glass, food and platic bottles. The carpet in elevator wasnt vacuumed regularly. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty darn good. Good job there. Overall a 3 for the stay.

I don’t even know where to begin. We arrived Friday late and checked in. It was late, so too late to complain about how nasty the bathroom was. Long black hair everywhere on the floor, the shower drain looked like it had all kinds of nasty hairs n the grate. So, the next morning I told “Rashed” and he nonchalantly said he’d let a manager know. I thought for sure they’d clean it that day, but no. Never touched it. Next day, complained to “Rashed” again. Guess what, they never touched it the second day. Finally after a third day of complaining they finally brought towels and later that afternoon the hair was cleaned up on the floor but not the shower. I used a washcloth to dry a small water spot up on the bathroom floorand the white washcloth came up totally disgusting, I’ll Enclose a pic of that. They never refilled the shower gel, so 4 of the five nights no shower gel. The never made the bed or cleaned the room while we were there. The furniture in the dining area was disgusting. I’ll also post a pic of the business cards displayed in the lobby so you can get an idea of who owns this franchise. I really wish they’d make hotels fly the flag of which country the owner is from so you know how the service and cleanliness is gonna be. It sure seems if they are from India or that part of the world, they don’t have the same standards. Whether it’s a convenience store or a hotel, they never have USA ideals and I can’t believe the “Hampton” by “Hilton” would allow this much filth.

Everything started off bad and slowly became worse, unfortunately. I checked in to the hotel and the lady did not smile or make much eye contact with me. She just really had an attitude. When we went to our room after checking in, I noticed a pillow on the bed had weird reddish brown stains on it. I had my partner take the pillow up front to get it exchanged, and when he did, the front staff gave him an attitude. Again. Since they were not hospitable, we did not bother to ask for more towels or complain about how gritty the carpet in our room felt, because they already acted like us replacing a pillow was too much for them. We found what looked like dog food on the floor of our room, which we threw in a trashbag. The outside parking lot had overflowing trash cans, especially by the front door, the pool area was dirty with old food behind one of the tables and bugs in the pool water, and the floor in our bathroom was very slippery, like someone maybe attempted to clean it but did not rinse all the cleaner off the floor. I don't know if maybe the staff had a rush before we arrived or if the place is normally maintained this poorly, but it really makes me wonder if there was any staff working at all, because with the exception of the woman working the front desk & the gentleman who checked us out the next day, I saw no other staff at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone until they better staff it and maybe make some much-needed upgrades.
