I would stay here again. Convenient location, decent room with good working amenities, elevators work well, great fitness center.

Quick trip to Boston and really needed some accommodations for inconvenient flight times while still wanting to get out and see the city. Devon was able to get us checked in early and staff safely held our luggage after check out so we could take advantage of the day in the city. Overall a great experience

Perfect Hotel near all the sites and Fenway Park!

Wonderful location!!

Staff were very courteous and nice however when the bar lounge area was busy did notice one or two staff were a bit overwhelmed with keeping up with the pace but a good problem due to full capacity and hosting an event at the hotel and big baseball weekend. Overall excellent experience and just gave 4 stars for service due to some peak busy moments. But realistically it is 5 stars. One table was not fully wiped down when we sat during a very busy breakfast time and we waited for a clean table and one not near the service entrance / exit. Aside from that, great experience.

It’s very close to the Arlington T stop and Boston Commons. It’s a quick walk to the theater district as well. Included with the room is the best hotel gym with modern equipment, benches, squat/bench racks and actual weights.

Great location to many sites and restaurants.

I missed my check in and they did not provide me with a room the second day of my reservation and they denied any kind of refund after they gave away my room. I lost almost $700 and got nothing for it.

Convenient location. Close to everything. Shopping to the left, shopping to the right. Beautiful, clean hotel. Friendly staff. I got an early check-in which is always convenient. My room was quiet. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

Great location; great doorman; delicious dinner; housekeeping showed me how to use the coffeemaker; gracious staff. I had requested early check-in about a week prior to my 7/18 arrival and was told that it would be no problem and my request would be noted in my file. Upon arrival, I was told there would be a $75 fee (surprise to me) and there were no notes in my file. I explained that I did not know about the fee and the lack of notes was the hotel's problem, not mine. I was told it was hotel policy. Not a great look for the hotel greeting an exhausted, sleep-deprived guest. I will seek a refund of the fee from the hotel management. Margaret McGuire

Place was clean, staff was very friendly. Quick to help when we needed a mini fridge. Disappointed with destination fee. $50 to use hotel amenities??? Well if you are to charge extra for hotel features if I don't use them I should be able to opt out of that. Other than this hotel was very clean and enjoyable.

I had a good experience at this Hilton. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful. The location was convenient, and overall it was a smooth and pleasant stay. Nothing over-the-top, but everything worked well. Would stay again!
