Property is located within walking distance of just about everything in midtown. Times Square, just about every Broadway show. Room was clean, smelled fresh. You do have to take 1 elevator to lobby then another to your floor. Other than that book it. Hilton Times Square won’t disappoint. Will book again.

Our bathroom was definitely not cleaned thoroughly before our stay, there was hair stuck to the shower walls and door, but other than that it was a lovely stay.

Despite this hotel being in the middle of time square, there is minimal street noise once in your room - which is good! Although, it is in the middle of time square so you also have to keep in mind the surrounding area/your safety/comfort when going out at night. The lobby is very nice. The room was okay - basic hotel room! The breakfast is not included.

All good but my mother lost something on her room, i have to constantly remind them to place 4 towel sets, and they were not responsive or concern initially to my mother’s concern

The wall in bathroom had mold above toilet area, the wall at top of mirror by the filter was so dusty, bathroom door top area was also so dusty, you'd be surprised. Otherwise, the lounge is really nice, even though its in timesqure, its so quiet. Older hotel, could use some reno.

Thermostat in room did not work well. Room would not get to an ideal cool temp. Room was nothing like the picture. No counter space on bathroom counter, towels frayed and practically had holes, toilet seat did not have lid. Shower had handheld spray (unlike picture). The room I stayed in needs a massive bathroom upgrade to even come close to how it was advertised/pictured. Staff was excellent, but that didn’t make up for the poor room quality.

Hotel, service, location and views were excellent. We had the corner room on 35th floor. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable. Could feel the metal bars and not only the springs. Asked 3 separate occasions giving minimum 8 hours between each ask to sort out, but nothing until final day when they changed to a roll out bed. This meant 3 people in the bed and one on the roll out bed.

Great location.Easy to get to Times Square,Plays and restaurants. Front desk did not explain if we had a destination charge that could be used in the hotel..all in all a very good experience. have been here about 8 times. See you next year.
