Quality Inn & Suites Malvern

Price was competitive, but water was shut off part of the day and then dirty after. Coffee pot had a piece missing, and carpet was un vacuumed.

I'm always critical of unclean/food source parking lots anywhere I go.

Clean and quiet

Shower head not mount, loose with a wand, sprayed bathroom floor. Large clean up. I/2 gap in front door, loose safety rails in shower

Nice staff, complimentary breakfast

Staff was great and helpful and the room was clean. However, only dislike I have is that our room had a musky smell that we stayed with us the whole time. It’s like someone used to smoke in the room. Even the clothes we didn’t wear, we had to wash them because it’s smelled to much like our room that we stayed in. Other than that the our stay was great.

Good value, very friendly and very clean.

Very nice staff but the hotel was run down and the window of our room was covered by the entrance. So, if there's had been a need for an emergency exit, we'd have been dead.

I enjoyed the staff. However, the building is outdated.

It was a quick trip. Just enough time to lay out heads. But the staff accommodating and the room was clean and comfy!! Definitely recommend 😊😊

Our room was very dirty. The curtains had dark stains on them, and there were peanuts in the floor. The microwave and the refrigerator were dirty. There was a used teabag left in the coffee maker, and the ice bucket was also dirty. We were given a handicapped room, even though we did not ask for that, and there was no way to clip the shower wand up on the wall. When I asked at the front desk, if there was something that they could do to clip the shower wand up, I was told probably not. I ended up going to the dollar tree next-door and buying rubber bands and tied it up myself. The bathroom sink was also falling apart.

While the morning front desk personnel was very friendly, the evening personnel was just so so. The overall price and location of the hotel was good and central to a lot of things. I never felt unsafe at this location..but the rooms have much to be desired. The ceiling was peeling, the tiles in the bathtub area (which wasn’t working) were falling off the wall, not a huge deal just seemed like it need some much needed TLC. Again, for the price and location and only a one night stay, I can complain too much. Breakfast was…there. They had the very basics, for a complimentary breakfast, again, can’t complain, I only wish they might have had more fresh fruit options. In our limited interactions, the front desk staff was great though. For a quick pass through town, I would recommend, for extended stay… might wanna look elsewhere.

See Hot Springs! On the way to TX, LA, OK, Memphis, N, S, E, W. Can get dusty stormy in the Spring. Unique. Nice people who love to show you around.

Great potential. Lacking in maintenance curtains towel rod bath fan, bath, bad bulbs were some of the needing repair areas. Lobby had a bunch of foreign truckers building a bbq grill. But the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Kim at the front desk has great customer service skills!

The clerk on duty was very helpful and nice. She provided good information about dining in the area and attractions.
