The hotel was beautiful and rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved the free parking. Only downside for us was it was further down on the strip where there wasn’t as much going on. We would definitely stay here again.

I really like the safety aspect of this hotel. The breakfast was tremendously good, and the place was so clean! Also, the proximity to the monorail was a huge plus!

I did not feel it was right to charge a resort fee when the tower I was in only had one working elevator. The elevator was always crowded. ( I caught a virus. I might have caught it anyway if all elevators were working just led to the frustration) when it was time to check out I had to take the elevator up as the elevator was over crowded and not acessable going down.

Great location, not far from Fremont Street or the Vegas Strip. Friendly staff working and great choice of food to eat in the hotel (although on the more expensive side for what it was, but that's to be expected).
The hotel room was nice and spacious, but the carpet was wet and the room smelled of mildew. This is because the shower was not actually in the bathroom - it was in a closet-type space, and so when you turned the shower off you stepped immediately into the bedroom, making the bedroom floor would get wet. We were only here for one night and didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it didn't bother us to the point of complaining, but just something to note.
The 'shower' and the toilet were hidden behind sliding mirrors. The sink was in the middle of these, so it was irritating if someone was using the sink then the person in the toilet or shower couldn't slide the door to get out (without either hitting the other person or getting them to move)

Upon getting there I was greeted with attitude from the staff being that they added a charge I wasn’t aware of. I asked for a certain room which was also noted on my account the representative refused to accommodate me. The elevator to the new tower is always so long no organization. I was left with trash and towels outside my room door for two days. The pool was always very cold got my youngest son sick.
