Stayed 2 nights over New Year’s Eve. Extremely clean, modern and well designed rooms, with very comfortable beds and beautiful spotless bathrooms. Stayed in a family room (2 adjoining rooms) which was perfect for our needs. Buffet breakfast was tasty and great selection. Staff are very friendly, attentive and efficient. Would highly recommend and exceeded our expectations for our stay.

After a bad experience at a previous hotel we switched over to this one and I’m so glad we did! Staff were fantastic at their jobs, room was clean, modern and safe! Restaurant dining was fabulous! Swimming facilities were excellent! So pleased and a highlight of our trip!

The rooms are beautiful and have everything I needed. This hotel is well located and the staff are super friendly - couldn’t do enough for me. Especially Trinh, Nhi and Kiet who looked after me so well at departure even booing the grab for me. I will come back if I’m in HCMC again.

The room was clean and the staff were nice and friendly, which is pretty standard for most hotels in Vietnam. The main reason we returned to this hotel was its location—just about six blocks from Bến Thành Market. However, make sure to bring your own shampoo and shower products because the ones provided were very low quality, with almost no bubbles and barely any scent. Breakfast was free but had very limited selections. We booked a Junior Suite for $156 a night, and the front desk gave us two drink vouchers. When we tried to use them at the restaurant, the waitress told us they only covered sodas, and none of the other drinks on the menu were included. It made us feel a bit cheap. We weren’t asking for anything free, but with such strict limitations, it would have been better if they didn’t offer the vouchers at all. For $156 a night, there are definitely better options in the same area.

Excellent services from doormen, receptionist and restaurant staff. Location is very convenient. Room is bright, clean and comfortable. Design of the room is very modern with lovely details. Only down side was the rooftop swimming pool and gym, not turn out as nice vs. Website pictures.

There were ants in our (counter, window curtain) room. Staff took care of it immediately. Aircon didn’t work properly in our room. It was hot on our first night and was given a stand fan the next night. Staff was excellent though.
