The hotel is so impressive and thoughtful to my family, the space is clean and quiet, the receptionists are very cute, there is always someone opening the door for guests, my family has a small baby that was welcomed by the guests. The staff took care very attentively, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel location is right in the center, walking out the door on the left is the Independence Palace, on the right is Ben Thanh market, opposite is a very chill bar, near the mini stop store, the location is very close to famous attractions . I really like it.

The architecture and decor of the hotel is very beautiful and well-invested. Beautiful tiled swimming pool and panoramic city view. The bathtub has a massage mode, which is rare. Food is okie, included in the room rate. Nice location, right in the center of SG. The staff is friendly, but it's probably because it's just reopened after the pandemic, so it's still a bit awkward. I highly recommend this place.

The rooms were good for the visit and the hotel is located in the ideal spot if you’re visiting for sightseeing and shopping. Lots of restaurants, Spas and shops in close proximity. Very easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable with a mix of different options.

Was given a complimentary 30 minute Foot Massage that was absolutely amazing! All the staff I met went above and beyond the call of duty. Hang Vo clearly treats her guest like long list friends or family. The young man working the lobby did so with great care with zero expectations. The young lady who cared for me daily by cleaning my room was always a bright spot in my day! Truly felt welcomed.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff were attentive snd very flexible with allowing me to see all the open VIP rooms that were available so that we can move into. Our first room, the shower didn’t have any partition so water got all over the floor with the strong flow. Or final room, the lock wasn’t working so then they were able to replace it right away and even gave us pedicure vouchers. The food was only so so. I think the smell in the restaurant put me off a bit. Tea time was only ok. The location was great. It was near Ben Thanh market which made out easy to walk everywhere but a bit noisy at night if you don’t like noise then not for you.

Breakfast was fantastic. The rooftop pool was clean and fun to swim in. The gym was lacking in single equipment like dumbbell sets, plates etc. Some variety would be good. And the VIP room was great, we really enjoyed our stay.

Don't be fooled by the nice photos - while the lobby looks great, the room was dirty, amenities were outdated, and the stairwells were constantly blocked by laundry and boxes. Good luck trying to sleep with the extremely loud / bassy music playing until 1am every night (it's coming from Nori on the first floor . . . not District K across the street).
