Location! Location! Location! It's centre of the centre and near everything. The hotel is new, luxury with exceptional customer service. Breakfast is delicious, not too many choices like other big hotels, but all choices are very good, especially their daily soup and homemade juice. Make sure to have a drink in their roof top bar and you can have the full view of Hoan Kiem Lake.

Rose was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is strategically located in the Northern part of Hoan Kiem lake. Breakfast was very delicious, and Jennifer is always there to welcome you.

The hotel location is super nice, right next to the Sword Lake just across the street to reach The Huc Bridge, the beautiful, new hotel, the lovely, enthusiastic receptionist, asking customers Breakfast is a plus, although the season Covid but the breakfast quality is too oK, with fresh juice and a view of the restaurant overlooking the beautiful Sword Lake The Old Quarter Room is not as big as the other areas, but the layout design is very beautiful, spacious, just entering. pleasant Very satisfied and will come back

Our experience at La Sinfonía del Rey was absolutely beyond phenomenal - we loved every aspect of our stay. Upon arriving we were struck by the beauty of the building and excellent location on Hoan Kiem lake. From the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by the staff in the lobby, every interaction was fantastic. In particular, our personal concierge, Henry, was incredibly attentive, accommodating, caring, and helpful. As a Hanoi native, Henry has vast first-hand insight into the best shops, restaurants, sights, tours and guides. There wasn't a need that went unmet. We looked forward to visiting with Henry he is just a truly delightful person - we're tremendously grateful to have had the chance to get to know him! La Sinfonía del Rey is a very special property made even more so by the staff. Yes, the accommodations are lovely, the decor on point, the sheets luxurious, the food excellent (particularly the buffet breakfast where you're spoiled for choice), the location superb, but it's the PEOPLE who make this an EXPERIENCE.
