Mình đi 2 người và vào check in lúc 20h30, khá muộn nên lúc đi vào tìm phòng hơi sợ vì đường đi trong resort khá vắng vẻ và hơi tối một chút (vì vậy nên mình và bạn luôn đi cùng nhau mỗi khi cần ra khỏi phòng vào buổi tối hôm đó). Cùng với đó, mình nhận ra là khi đặt phòng qua Traveloka, mình sẽ không nhận được trọn bộ các đặc quyền như khi book trực tiếp với resort. Tụi mình đã không được cấp thẻ để đi vào khu du lịch thăm quan trong khi cơ bản là khách ở resort sẽ được cấp thẻ màu vàng để vào trải nghiệm khu du lịch luôn, nếu vẫn muốn vào thì tụi mình sẽ phải mua vé thăm quan riêng với giá đúng như giá dành cho khách không vào resort mà chỉ vào khu du lịch Mỹ Khánh. Mình chỉ thấy hơi bất ngờ thôi. Tựu chung lại, mình vẫn cảm thấy hài lòng khi trải nghiệm tại resort. Mình thích không gian yên bình và cảnh quan ở đó. Ánh nắng ấm áp. Có mưa. Mình và bạn đã rất tận hưởng. Xin cảm ơn Traveloka và Resort Mỹ Khánh vì trải nghiệm này!

Raise yourself to a VIP room (so-called) for guests, to claim double the amount incurred due to late check-out (although when booking, the guest has actively announced that he will check out at 18:00). Called itself a VIP room but: extremely old and dirty towels. Room 26 toilet is clogged. Room 26 air conditioner works poorly Will never book again next time!

We booked a room for 2 people, (1 adult and 3 children 1 child 9 years old, 1 child 5 years old, 1 child 4 years old). Party website requires an additional fee of 200k / night for this room. and said that the hotel requested a collection. But when I asked, did the hotel manager say that the website asked for more? Why? 200k is not much but I do not have confidence with the staff

My Khanh is more than wonderful .. My whole family loves the staff and protect this place .. The receptionist Linh is really lovely .. My family will come back if we come to Can Tho.
