Receptionist 1*. It was hot and sunny so I checked out. Asked the first question: "Is my room ready yet?" "No answer". I continued to sit and wait, after waiting for a long time I felt impatient so I stood up and asked the second question, the guy next to me had to remind me before I opened my mouth "Oh, it's done"

The hotel is suitable for the price. Friendly employee. The room is large, clean, and comfortable. The location is not very central if you like swimming. My family drove through QB and chose the hotel as a place to stop and found it suitable.

Bad experiences: 1. The receptionist's attitude was unfriendly. 2. The room the receptionist initially gave me the key to had ants on the bedside table, but they quickly changed my room. 3. The hotel is newly opened but the facilities are deteriorating very quickly.
