Short walking distance to Ben Thanh market and nearby other shops and foods places. What I didn’t like is that my room next to the elevator so it’s very noisy at all times. Also kids screaming in the hallways and dog barking every morning.

Located in District One which makes it centeral to most tourist areas. I cannot speak more highly of the staff that were helpful in all situations even if we used Google translate to communicate. Rooms were clean enough with effective air-conditioning and a lift to the 9th floor. There are many fabulous eateries within meters and a large market close by. This is definitely a budget hotel where general room maintenance is severely lacking. I would still recommend this hotel if on a restricted budget.

Hotel was okay. It is in prime location near lots of restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to the market. Although some things around the hotel seemed to be a little dated and could use an upgrade. This hotel is also located on a very busy street, so it was difficult to adjust to noise traffic when falling asleep. But overall our stay was pleasant. Staff was very helpful especially the bellboy. He helped us carry our bags all the way to our taxi and waited until it had arrived.

Property is located near Ben Thanh Market so it was convenient to take the local bus from the airport (short walk from the domestic terminal to bus station/signage in English) to the city center and then walk less than 1/2 kilometer to the hotel. Front desk person was friendly and I had a quick check-in process. Room was clean, in room safe, no window to the outside, separate shower from toilet area w/rainfall showerhead. Usually hotels that I have stayed in throughout Vietnam have 2 free bottles of water in the room for guests and/or packets of tea w/cups and spoon and ability to boil water quickly but I didn't see any in my room.

No elevator at the top floor we 've to climb staircase for our 3 days stay in which we already pzid for it. Very poor housekepping gabbage bin we lrft outside our for 24 hours or more. Toilet flooded in the middle of tbe night after i shower. Aircon nort working well it goes off without any sign. Location was excellent restzurant almost everry corner of yhe street. Look elsewhere avoid this property.

I had no particular issue with the staff of this facility and they were always helpful when possible. What I take issue with with this hotel is it didn't come as advertised. When I booked my trip on Expedia I was offered an add on for just over $163 which I thought would be a good idea. However the hotel did not offer food service nor even had a restaurant. Whether this is on the hotel or Expedia I do not know. I do know that the hotel refused to refund the money. My only other issue was that my room was little more then a cell. It didn't have an outside window, had no room for a chair, and was small enough that I could barely walk around two sides of the bed. The mattress was wanting. While I have low needs and primarily wanted a clean bed shower and bathroom, my room was advertised as a Superior Double Room. I only didn't give it the worse rating due to the very positive staff on site
