Everything is fine except they don't have an emergency plan for when they don't have power.

I would have liked this hotel if it wasn’t for the extremely rude Porter who started shouting at me for no reason claiming that I had been to pick up my luggage four times when it was completely not true. I went to complain to the reception to tell him off, and they did not do much I do not expect this treatment at a four-star hotel I don’t come to be insulted.

Location is brilliant, the hotel is truly exceptional, the rooftop is also a plus with amazing views

Good location, metro station a few minutes walk away. Helpful staff. Room was spacious. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location is perfect, friendly staff and good cleaning and condition of the installation If you have a car the parking is imposible and very Noisy but excellent place

This hotel looks good inside and is located on gran via where stores like Lacoste, Uniqlo, and others exists. Some close dining options available. It has Santo Domingo metro few steps away.

Beautiful property on Gran Via. In room safe, coffeemaker, bathrobes and slippers, only one quirk, double bed, we prefer queen or king. Two windows with small balcony, great for people watching or Zurich marathon race on Sun 4/27/25.

Excelente atención y maravilloso Hotel

The hotel is Beautiful and located in central Madrid, but is only one problem, a guy who happens to be the restaurant manager (Breakfast). He has single handedly ruined my stay at the Hotel and I would definitely never visit again EVER thanks to this horrible man!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff was accommodating and friendly- great location. Comfortable and clean, we would most definitely go back!

Very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping, and staff was very helpful and courteous.

Other than the bed being a little smaller than usual it was a very pleasant stay. All staff were friendly and helpful and the daily breakfast was very appreciated.

This was the best hotel in all of my Europe trip. The location couldn’t have been better, we were in the center of Gran Via which is the biggest tourist street in Madrid. It had a bunch of dining options around including a restaurant and a bar in the hotel itself. The metro station was literally across the street and it’s super easy and convenient to use if you wanna move around the city. The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious, clean and organized. They provided bathrooms and slippers for us. It was just very central very accessible and an overall great experience for me. I recommend this to anybody staying in Madrid. You won’t regret it.
