Great place.

on website said there was a car park on site, but wasent told that this needed to be pre booked as there's a bout 7 spaces in the car park, luckily I was staying Saturday to Sunday and was able to park my rental car down the side( this wouldn't have been the case if it was a week day as only certain permitted cars are aloud to do this)

He welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, made us feel right at home, and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. No me gustó los horarios de piscina ni lo pequeña que era. Muy malo el aire acondicionado, no soplaba y no enfíaba.

It was located centrally so you could walk to almost a lot of places. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

The property was centrally located and easy to walk around the city. The service and the buffet was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and looking forwar to going back.

Staff was extremely helpful. We arrived late and had made a mistake with the reservation/room type, to which they made changes even though the hotel was fully booked. Above and beyond.

Loved the room and the terrace. Wish the pool was open later, I never got to use it. Staff are very helpful even though I’m terrible at Spanish! Thanks :)

Great location in Madrid and nice rooftop hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was a good size for two travelers and the bathroom was a good size too. Our room was nice and quiet despite the hotel location being on a large street. We loved the city view too. We were able to have breakfast one of the days and there was a large selection of delicious food. We were able to eat and drink at the rooftop and that was very fun. The view was beautiful.
